Seahorse R is an adorable one-bedroom, one and a half-bathroom top floor condo located on Pensacola Beach. Seahorse is a low-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.

Great location
We love the location! The unit fit our needs well. Had close proximity to the beach, Gulf breeze, and of course, Peg Leg Pete’s. A couple of things we would share with you. Parking was a bit confusing. Ultimately, we figured it out but no labels that we could find. The coffee maker and the Keurig need cleaning or replacing. Both yielded half of what was expected. That aside, LOVE THE LOCATION, space was great, balcony rocked, and we had access to all the things that make Pensacola special to us. Thank you, Roy

The property was beautiful, the view from the balcony was awesome. There were some issures but Pensacola Beach Properties are the best to work with. We are older and not having a boardwalk to the beach was tough considering we had no beach service. Lots of steps just to get to the sand path to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Condo was a perfect home away from home. Great view, comfortable bed, and overall cute place to stay. We will definitely book this condo again! The kitchen is fully equipped too. Aside of Keurig not working it was perfect for us.

Paradise at Seahorse R
Wonderful 1 bedroom condo with awesome beach access! Delightful beach decor! Great living room recliners and furniture on deck directly facing the ocean. The only suggestions I would make would be to replace the toilet seat in the full bath with an appropriate elongated shape one and to wash/replace the various throw rugs as they look quite dirty/shabby. Overall a wonderful location and vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect for us. Clean and very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Right on the beach. Perfect for watching a sunrise or stargazing while listening the ocean crash upon the shore. And even though it was during spring break, it was quiet and peaceful. Location is great. We were ok staying at Seahorse. The location is great. Parking is a bit “tricky”. There are cosmetic needs or maybe a better word is “repairs”. The sliding door has no handle and in order to “lock” we had to use a wooden rod. Also the shower drain was slow. The condo was very clean; maybe just work on repairs.

Great location and view
Great view and sounds from the balcony! Easy access to lightly populated area of the beach. Also very good starting point for bike riding. Nice to have Peg Legs and a well stocked convenience store right across the street. Did not need to get in the vehicle for the entire time! Comfortable living inside as well with a very nice shower and well appointed kitchen. Parking is very tight and limited particularly for larger vehicles on the property but it all worked out. My brother and I had a great time here!

Although we had to cut our vacation short and leave early, this beach condo was just as described and well stocked with the necessary amenities. Location is Key
We knew we weren't opting for a high end condo with a ton of amenities because our main goal was to be on the beach and be able to hear the ocean with the balcony door open. This condo ticks those boxes. Nothing stand between you and the water except sand. So the problems were minor in our minds, but they might be major in someone else's so I will mention them. No ice maker. Very slow coffee pot, doesn't drip through so the grounds overflow into the brew. No patio umbrella although the photos show one. Spotty TV. We were able to get it without problems during the day, but not able to get it at night. Slow bathroom drain so you're standing in a couple of inches of water for your shower. No table, even on the balcony, only a square island that really doesn't accommodate more than two, so meals were not as relaxing as they could be. The layout is a bit odd. To get to the master bathroom you have to walk all the way around the bed, which disturbs the sleeping person. Door sticks. The toilet seat lid in the other bathroom doesn't stay up. Little tricky. Front screen door has no handle so it doesn't click shut. If you want to have a breeze going through the house it will fly open. Window sills haven't been cleaned in a long time. Parking the first two days was fine, but once it filled up, there were no spots. Bottom line, it was okay. Location was great. And it was pretty quiet. We had a nice time, but would we stay again? Maybe, but we'd be sure things were fixed.

This was our second time to stay here and as the first stay, it was flawless. Check-in was easy, the condo immaculate and the location without a doubt - the best. This condo is right on the beach. Great views of the ocean from the living room and balcony and views of the bay from the bedroom and front landing. An elevator with cart to help haul the luggage up to the 3rd floor. Stairs for when you want the exercise. The condo was very clean. Beachy decor but not cheesy. Warm and inviting. The property managers were very easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Neighbors are very friendly. The garage isn’t available to park in. But that wasn’t an issue for us. We will definitely be staying in this condo again. It was perfect for us.

Amazing Stay!
We loved our stay at Seahorse R - the condo has a great layout, open living area and kitchen, comfy bed and huge balcony. We had everything we needed and the best view of the beach! It's off the beaten path which is just what we wanted. Great restaurant within easy walking distance made it a perfect getaway. Property management was really some of the best I've ever encountered and went beyond to help us have an amazing stay. Can't wait to come back!
