Views are the name of the game with this penthouse condo located on the 15th floor of Tristan Towers. The south and west facing walls of windows allow for unobstructed Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay views giving you a sunset every night. Enjoy the scenery on the 430 square feet of the wraparound balcony facing south to the Gulf of Mexico and West over Pensacola Bay. The balcony includes chairs and a table.

The contemporary beach inspired décor in the condo exudes realizing beach vibes. Light blues, ever changing greens and sliver accents provide for a color palate to match the Gulf of Mexico.

Watch the setting sun from the reclining sofa or the two recliners or enjoy the view while eating dinner at the dining table that seats 6 people. Just in case you meet some friends on the beach.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with a towel warmer. Imagine waking up to the Gulf of Mexico right over your toes.

The condo had stunning views of the Gulf & Bay and is decorated beautifully. The sunsets over the Bay are like a postcard. Close to the beach, food and entertainment.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the view especially when the Blue Angels buzzed the beach on Sunday. Did not appreciate roof workers banging overhead so early in the mornings (after all we were on vacation). Nicely decorated. Great location.

The best views of Pensacola Beach you will find!
Absolutely beautiful condo with stunning views of both the beach and the bay from the expansive corner balcony. If you love ocean views you’ll love this property. Super easy check in, the host greeted us and made us feel right at home. It’s in a much less congested area as well but still close to everything. Simply beautiful!

Incredible View of Pensacola Beach & Bay
The view is incredible of Pensacola Beach up toward Fort Pickens and the bay. The beach is a short walk, condo offers a pool, tennis court, a must see is Fort Pickens, saw the Blue Angels practicing, saw dolphins and a duck chasing the feeder fish for a meal, a beautiful hawk, an eagle & Peg Leg Pete’s has delicious fresh seafood. The personnel that greeted us was so nice & helpful. Loved the note & yummy cookies on our departure such a thoughtful touch. Great place!!

All good at the room but parking was a problem due to Blue Angels and Ft Pickens road was a parking lot after each session. But that's the way it is that weekend. Great time!

Incredible Views
I almost don’t want to post how awesome this place is because I want it to be available next time I come back to Pensacola! We have stayed at condos and beach houses in PCB for over 20 years now and this place has by far the best view of any place we have stayed. It’s a great view of the gulf, the bay and even all the way down to the inlet and Fort Pickens. The decor and furnishings were probably the best out of any place we have stayed also, very clean and modern. Comfortable huge bed, great views from all rooms, modern finishes in the bathrooms, a very nice kitchen. We will definitely stay here again. Check in and check out with surfside properties was easy and fast, no hassle there at all. They made sure we had a good time.

Pensacola Penthouse
AC unit was checked when we were there for efficiency. Seems to have a hard time keeping up with the heat even when managed properly. We understand keeping the AC in and openings at a minimum with blinds down is a must to maintain a cool room in this heat . I should get below 75 at night though when It's time to cool down it's struggling.

Amazing views and friendly staff
The condo was amazing! Beautiful views, very clean. We loved sitting out on the balcony. All the staff we talked to from the time we booked the condo till the time we left was so nice and friendly. There were a few hiccups but that’s just life-things you can not control. Like when the tropical storm hit and made the ac no longer work. When things like this came up staff was quick to fix it and didn’t make it an inconvenience to us. They worked with what worked best for us. We loved this place and would definitely stay again! Looking forward to our next stay.
