Next door, lovely stone walls lead into the kitchen where there are ample amenities to cook meals. Find a hob, oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as useful cooking basics. Steeped in history, the charming town of Penryn is quieter than its neighbour, Falmouth. Bailey's Country Store is an excellent farm shop with lots of local goodies on offer - this is just a 9 minute walk from the cottage or 2 minutes by car.
You're in the perfect spot to explore all that South Cornwall has to offer. Just under three miles away are the sandy beaches of Falmouth, as well as a high-street full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. All easily accessible via the train which is only one stop to Falmouth Town and one more to the end of the line at Falmouth Docks.
