"We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The cottage is set in beautiful gardens which makes it pleasant and tranquil. It is well set up with plenty of outdoor chairs and space to make the most of the peace and quiet. Inside is well furnished and having two separate bathrooms is such a bonus. The cottage is a wonderful place for a break away and everything is at hand for a pleasant stay!"

"Hosts were friendly and warm. Place is central and lovely surroundings. Family friendly and able to feed goats on the property. Hosts gave us some veggies from their farm too. A wonderful stay overall."

"Wonderful hosts who provided a hearty welcome with fresh bread, wine and cheese. The cottage was comfortable, private and surrounded by nature. Wake up to the whip birds, watch the wombat wander across the lawn . The house was 40-60 mins from good kayak spots. "

"Cute cabin in the middle of nowhere. Nice and quiet escape. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils and dinnerwear. Close to 2 wineries as well. "

"Debbie was a most gracious host. Mike in the background has done an amazing job on their garden. The cottage is immaculate, filled with all the things you need / didn't know you needed, and is very comfortable. It's the perfect spot to access what's on offer in the highlands. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if looking in the highlands. "

"Our stay at Twin Oaks was absolutely wonderful. The house was easy to find and the photos online didn't really do justice to the peacefulness and beauty of the property. For a holiday in the Southern highlands, Twin Oaks is perfectly located: Far enough away from the main townships so you're not bothered by tourists and cars, and yet still centrally located to all the beautiful sights that Kangaroo Valley and the southern highlands in general have to offer. "Wonderfully appointed with everything we needed for a weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the history of the village, some of which was my own family history. "
