Lovely cottage in a peaceful area
We had a Wonderful weekend away at Staffield Cottage. Hot tub was a good size and decent temperature vs others we have used. Cottage was very clean and a lovely area. Owners were fantastic. Great comms, and seamless check in and out with security deposit paid back in a timely manner. We had one issue with water during our stay- the issue itself isnt worth flagging, but the response time certainly is! The owner was round 15mins after we text to sort the issue, then contacted us to ensure all fully working. Extra customer service!!! Highly recommend. We hope to return again soon

Hidden Gem
Just returned from a long weekend away at this lovely 2 bed cottage tucked away in the countryside between Penrith and Carlisle. The location of the property is stunning. Fabulous views, lovely walks and historical places to visit close by. The house has been fully prepared to a high standard for holiday lets, it is homely and comfortable with a log burner and a hot tub, which were both very welcoming after walks in the local area, there is a fenced garden for your dog to roam about in. The beds were super comfortable and linen was clean and fresh with additional blankets available. The owner had gone the extra mile in leaving everything needed for a comfortable stay, including complimentary treats for everyone (including my dog!), the kitchen was well equipped including a cafetiere and Tassimo coffee machine. There were lovely complementary soaps and the bathroom had plenty of hand/body wash, hand cream & good quality towels. The owner is friendly and welcoming, as is the next door neighbour, who popped round to introduce himself. They are in their first few months of renting out the property and we wish them all the best for the future, we would definitely hope to return in the not too distant future.
