"Room 16 was recently renovated and at the front of the property. Very spacious and light. Lack of products in the bathroom, and nowhere to put toiletries let it down considering the price. The spa was nice but the pool was cold. Staff were lovely and friendly "

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. "Wonderful stay at The Royal Victoria Hotel. Excellent location in Llanberis to take advantage of the walking trails available in the area. Our room was extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfasts plentiful and nourishing. And the dinners, which we took in the bar area, were delicious. Would highly recommend for visitors to the area. "

Nice place to stay for families

"Nice clean family room, exactly as the pictures showed, perfectly functional room. Nice breakfast, served until 10 , which is nice if you’re a bit lazy in the morning! Great location, bang in the middle of town , 10 mins walk to the castle, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The bar prices were quite steep (£7.35 a pint!!) but the cocktails were reasonably priced. There’s plenty of options in town. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the pool area. It’s really wonderful, beautifully tiled, nice and big, we were there during half term and it wasn’t too busy. We really liked library aswell, very cosy with its big setees"

Lovely Property

"This was a lovely, clean, beautifully presented property with everything you could need to start your holiday. Lovely little welcome basket and all the essentials like tea, coffee, milk and sugar to start your mornings. We didn't get to meet Aled or Maresa but they were contactable throughout our stay and Aled called us before we arrived to check in and welcome us. The apartment is situated in a beautiful area within easy reach of many popular attractions. Would certainly come again."

Willow Cottage - a hot tub that sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Willow Cottage, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jo and Steve are incredible hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The cottage itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the alpacas! They added such a unique and fun touch to the experience. Being able to interact with these gentle animals made our visit even more memorable. The service provided by Jo and Steve was outstanding. They were warm, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept getaway with a bit of alpaca magic, Willow Cottage is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!"

Bron haul

"The property was lovely, just a few issues with phone numbers which are not available and the rubbish, if there was a sheet with bin empty info and proper coloured bin and boxes then people could put the bins out , the rubbish was mounting up from previous guests. Some of the places to visit need updating assome no longer open as a cafe. There is no visitor book to sign when leaving as it says in the leaflets, but other than these problems we had a great time"

"Great getaway for the entire family kids loved fancy shower and jacuzzi. Cinema room was a massive hit wit everyone. Views are amazing."

Firepit, hot tub, wine and a grand view

"Anne Marie and John welcomed us with complimentary wine, fresh eggs, and a wood-fired hot tub! The views are breathtaking and we loved the country walk down to the pebble beach, with its Incredibly old, beautiful trees. I had the amazing opportunity to witness a hawk courtship dance in the sky above the Bluebell Hut. The hut is small but amazingly well outfitted and comfortable!"
