Arrived at 9:30 at night. Waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. I even tried calling the front desk phone 3 times. I heard it ringing, but still no one showed up. When the lady finally appeared, she didn't even apologize. The hotel itself was great, but the start of the stay was rough.

The woman at the front desk was amazing and extremely professional. I’m an active duty military member and didn’t even know about the discount. She made sure that she added the discount and was quick about checking me in and out. Definitely will stay there again in the future. Very military friendly and good people

Hotel scams for additional fees @ check in.
Making people pay an additional fee of $100 in order to check in, especially after paying for the room upfront, is inappropriate and like hijacking of services. If you are going to do this, put it in the app so potential customers know about it upfront.

We pretty much liked everything, except other guests were up very late until after 1:30 am in the little dining area talking very loud. Our room was close. We just stopped for the night from a long road trip and needed to get up very early to get back on the road. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep. I think there should be a quiet time after 10:00pm.
