"We have stayed in several holiday houses in France, and this has definitely been our favourite. Location is outstanding. Best ever view from a washing line! The track to the house looks a little challenging, but caused us no problems and luckily we didn't meet anyone coming the other way in the whole week. The space in the house is wonderful. Huge rooms with loads of comfortable seating both inside and out. Bedrooms are comfortable and the whole house is clean and well-stocked with everything you need. Plenty of plates, cooking pots and pans and even a good range of herbs and spices. Lots of board games, books and even a table-tennis table. One suggestion which would have made our stay an 11/10 would have been bigger towels as the ones provided whilst clean, fresh and fluffy were a tad on the small side. We solved that by buying some larger ones at the supermarket. The pool is beautiful. Clean and in a stunning setting. We regularly had birds of prey overhead as we swam. It is easy to keep cool at this house. It feels beautifully cool inside and the hillside setting means there is always a pleasant breeze. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stunning house."

"Great place to stay and dine. We came late and were still able to get a delicious meal in their restaurant with a glass of wine we were all happy we arrived and felt welcomed. In the morning there were breakfast choices (self-serve) which was great! Nice area to sit outside as well. Room was good too. "

"This well located house is perfect for a family of 4 stopping in Saint Antonin Noble Val. It's called Bijou, but there is plenty of room in the 3 storeys. The living room on the 1st floor is delightful. We really relaxed in there, reading in the relative cool while it was 34C outside. The bedrooms were comfortable but very warm in the evening. The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the main square, but very quiet at night. The pool is just enough to cool down you down on the really hot days. It's nice and clean and well maintained. The stairs inside the property are very steep, as any house built in the medieval. If that is an issue, then this place is not for you. If you like period properties, and can manage the stairs then this is a great choice. The hosts showed us in, gave us the keys and left. That's exactly what I like - it's not a bed and breakfast so don't expect a guided tour. I goit the feeling if I wanted more detail they would happily provide it. Very good hosts. I would definitely stay in this house again, and recommend it to friends."

"This spacious property was a converted old French farmhouse with fantastic views across the countryside. Very rural -but not easy to find even with Sat-nav. Pool was a great asset as were the trees and flowers around the property. Unfortunately we were not blessed with good weather apart from the first couple of days. However this may have been a godsend as when it was warm -condensation from the stone walls appeared and covered the ground floor which was tiled. This resulted in a very slippery surface which was hard to negotiate. In fact one of our party had a nasty fall using some tiled steps. Mr Bouby the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the toilet. Unfortunately we did struggle to communicate when we arrived . It might be a good idea to produce an arrival pack in different languages for future visitors. "
