"We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!"

"We rented for the month of October, 2024. We broke the month into 3 section of 10 days each. The first section we invited friends, 6 couples, all retried adults. The next group were nieces and nephews all adults 30 to 40 years old. The last group was brothers and sisters. Needless to say I was worried that the Property would not live up to the pictures, no worries! The property is everything we wanted and more. Perfect! We had such a good time, plenty of areas to congregate, swimming...

"La camera è molto accogliente e il bagno anche molto spazioso. Il ristorante collegato alla struttura è buono e i prezzi sono giusti. Purtroppo la strada per raggiungere l'agriturismo è sterrata, ripida, non illuminata e poco segnalata se si arriva dalla statale (Google Maps, tra l'altto, indica un punto non corretto). Inoltre, l'ingresso presenta qualche gradino alto, che rende scomodo l'accesso con le valigie. Nonostante il filtro di Expedia, la colazione non era compresa nella prenotazione,...

"We had a really great stay at Agriturismo Il Capannino. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. We had a warm welcome from Giuseppe the proprietor who was such good fun and a very interesting person. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished and we really felt at home. The food was WONDERFUL and we really can't wait to go back again!"

"Sehr ruhig, abgeschieden und bestens geeignet sich zu erholen. Der Pool hat ein Gefühl von Luxus vermittelt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Mehrere Möglichkeiten, um das Haus herum zu sitzen, liegen, essen, sich aufzuhalten. WLAN funktioniert gut. Und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und vertrauensvoll. "Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, in Bezug auf den oben genannten Urlaub bringe ich folgende Reklamationen an: Die Reisegruppe (13 Personen) bestand aus Jugendlichen im Alter zwischen 17 - 25 Jahren. Bei der Ankunft wollte die Hausherrin die Gruppe nicht einmal aufnehmen, da anscheinend das Mindestalter für den Aufenthalt in dieser Lokalität 25 Jahre betragen muss. Die Reisegruppe bot der Hausherrin an, die Lokalität nicht zu beziehen und in ein Hotel auszuweichen, wenn ein Teil der bereits...
