Surround yourself with the beauty of Keuka Lake, and the quiet of the Finger Lakes, at this charming "old world" lake home. Aptly named, Keuka Tudor has the perfect mix of old English cottage bones meets new, modern furnishings...creating a space that is unique, comfortable, and one-of-a-kind.
This home on Keuka Lake's East Bluff neighborhood has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, along with 130' of private lakefront. From the street, you'll walk down several steps to the front door and enter the foyer. To your right is the beautiful main living room with its lovely diamond paned glass windows overlooking the lake, old plank flooring, comfortable couches for lounging in front of the fire on chilly evenings, and built in book cases surrounding the fireplace. To the left is the cozy dining room with windows also facing the lake, beautiful built-in dining cabinets and mid century modern dining set. Beyond the Dining room, you'll enter the kitchen where you'll feel right at home cooking meals in the Kitchen area or seated in the sitting nook by the big glass doors that bring the view of the lake inside. These doors lead out onto an outdoor dining area on the balcony facing the lake.
On the main floor, the gentlemen's library, with beautiful built-in bookshelves, has been turned into a bedroom space with a Queen bed. This room has a lovely bench built below the pane glass windows that overlook the lake as well.
On the second floor you'll find three more bedrooms: The primary bedroom on the second floor is quite large with a King bed, sitting areas, attached full bath (with a tub and separate shower), attached laundry, and balcony. Bedroom 2 on the second floor has a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 has two Twin Beds. The second floor also has a full bath with a tub/shower.
On the lower level, you can access the outdoor spaces, yard, and lakefront through the exterior doorway in the small family/tv room. This room has a couch and comfortable chairs for watching tv or for a "hang out room" for the kids. From this family room space, you can access the 4th full bath (with a shower) and Bedroom 5. This 5th bedroom has two Twin beds and also has an outside entry door to the outdoor areas.
There is a nice size yard/green space between the house and the lake, allowing room for a good game of cornhole, an evening campfire, or space for the kids to run. The hot tub is located on a deck area at the back of the house, where you can enjoy a hot evening soak while looking out over the lake. A kayak, canoe, and paddle boat are available for your enjoyment during the warmer months, and a seasonal dock allows you the space for swimming and fishing in the waters of Keuka.
Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a week long trip to Keuka Lake, Keuka Tudor will charm you with it's character, old world details, and comfortable furnishings. You're sure to make lasting memories at this one-of-a-kind lake home!
