our new lodge style holiday home is a typical bigoudenne house that we have completely 'revamped' transformed into a 'workshop spirit', industrial style, very trendy, practical and very pleasant! it feels like home, in an atmosphere of 'antique furniture'!
The noble and timeless materials such as the dry stone of the restored walls, and the wood of the parquet floors, recall the authentic character of the building.
The Lodge is above all a place of relaxation, for all nature lovers!
On the ground floor, an entrance, large living room of 60 m2, comprising TY flat screen lounge, dining room, adjoining fully equipped kitchen, pantry.

Situation:
In the heart of the Bigouden region, the Pointe de la Torche, 3 km away, is an impressive natural peninsula. Beaten by the winds, it is a spot known to surfers and hikers who come to discover its megalithic sites. come there in spring, the tip is covered with multicolored tulips.

La pointe de la Torche 3 km or Beg an Dorchenn, in Breton, means 'la pointe de la butte'. Stepping out into the sea, La Torche is a rocky outcrop, a wild land that delimits Audierne Bay to the south. A site at the end of the world, abrupt but so beautiful. Run there between March and April. On the palud, whole fields of tulips are cultivated there. It feels like Holland! Certainly the time of year to go to get there.

Saint-Guénolé, 3 km from the main port of Penmarc'h is the first French sardine port and the Bigouden group (Le Guilvinec, Penmarc'h, Lesconil and Loctudy) is the main set of artisanal fishing, which is why fishing is very active in the bigoudin country

Penmarc'h is bordered by 12 km of coast including 8 of fine sand.
Many hikes, rich local heritage, Breton festivals,

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Penmarch and the great kindness and hospitality of our hosts. Although very busy, Thierry went the "extra mile" to assist in relation to our needs and questions. We love Penmarc'h, Concarneau and Quiberon. However, due to Thierry's houses, of which we saw all four, and the many beaches in Penmarc'h, which we visited all, we may like Penmarc'h even a bit more than all other towns in our beloved Brittany.

Gegend: schön! Küste liegt sehr nah, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. FeWo ist für ca. 4 Personen ausgelegt. Aufgrund der Aufteilung Bad und 2x kleine WC's könnte es aber etwas eng sein. Für uns 2 war es ok. Küche, Wohnbereich und Garten schön.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten
Das Haus ist in Penmarch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und hell gestaltet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und haben die Umgebung erkundet. Zum Meer fährt man 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Es gibt viele gute Strände. Auch zum Pointe de la Torche ist es nicht weit.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in der Bretagne
Wir sind zu dritt als Familie mit zwei Hunden gereist. Wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben den Garten und die ruhige Lage des Hauses genossen und konnten mit den Rädern alles gut erreichen, z.B. den Strand. Wir wurden liebevoll mit Cidre und Kuchen empfangen, alle Absprachen klappten super, auch ohne Französisch Kenntnise. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci Familie Krüger aus Remscheid

Schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und erholsame Tage, die Kommunikation kann anders als im Inserat nur auf französisch stattfinden. Man sollte vielleicht die Nebenkosten erwähnen, die, wenn man zusätzlich mit dem Kamin heizt auf mindestens 100 € die Woche anzusetzen sind, wir waren zwei Personen mit einem normalen Verbrauch. Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss war nur einmal am Tag zu benutzen, danach ging die Spülung für Stunden nicht mehr. Wir hatten das als EMail den Vermietern mitgeteilt, da kam leider keine Reaktion. Die Spülmaschine hat ein Problem mit der Dichtung, das haben wir bei der Übergabe mitgeteilt und ein Heizkörper hatte am vorletzten Tag auch noch einen Defekt. Das Haus ist schön, der Garten gepflegt, in der Küche alles vorhanden. (Messer, wie überall nicht scharf)

Schmuckstück
Ein echtes Schmuckstück ist dieses wunderschöne Haus in Penmarch. Supersauber und besonders die Küche ist wundervoll. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und spricht vorwiegend nur Französisch, was mitunter sehr lustig war, den wir sprechen nur Deutsch und Englisch. Trotzdem hat alles bestens geklappt. Zum Empfang gab es Kuchen und Cidre… nochmals herzlichen Dank! Gestört haben uns nur die etwas unbequemen Betten und die winzigen Toilettenräume ohne Waschbecken für die Hände, aber was nicht passt, passt eben nicht. Trotzdem 5 Sterne, denn das Haus ist innen, außen und besonders auch der herrliche Garten ein echter Traum und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Une maison avec beaucoup de charme et très agréable à vivre
Ce fut un de nos meilleurs séjours en maison de location en Bretagne. La maison est vraiment fantastique mais ce qui nous a le plus plu fut l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse de Madame Le Carre : cela nous a permis de nous sentir tout de suite à l'aise dans leur maison. En plus, une bouteille de cidre nous attendait sur la table, accompagnée du gâteau breton de Monsieur Le Carre qui, en passant, est à tomber parterre : il est digne d'un grand pâtissier ;-) Madame le Carre et son mari ont mis beaucoup de coeur à rénover cette maison ancienne et même la décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et est adaptée au style de celle-ci ce qui lui donne ce charme si particulier. Rien n'a été laissé au hasard. La cuisine est également très bien équipée. De plus, là encore le jardin a été fait avec beaucoup de coeur. Il est vraiment magnifique, les odeurs des plantes de lavande lorsque nous sommes sur la terrasse nous donnent presque l'impression d'être dans le sud. Le jardin est clôturé et là encore Madame et Monsieur Le Carre ont pensé à tout. C'est vraiment très important pour nous puisque nous avons une chienne. La région de Penmarch est vraiment splendide.
