Particularly the lady who served us as breakfast, she was so kind and great to chat to. Great location with beautiful views and easy access to walks in the surrounding area. "This hotel defied my expectations. After staying in brand hotels for the majority of my week long stay in the UK, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Great parking considering the area, warm service, and excellent room design and cleanliness that felt like staying at grandma's house in the best of ways, the only exception being the wonderfully modernized bathrooms. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the wonderful little spot that Conwy is."
