"L’appartement était extrêmement sale, vieillot, manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisson, j’ai du allé en acheter, salle de bain sale et sans vmc, toilette cassé, portes rongées par l’humidité, porte fenêtre séjour qui ne se ferme pas, séjour très vétuste et odeur d’excréments dans tout l’appartement suite aux problèmes de canalisation de la résidence. En revanche apparemment très bien situé!! Dommage!! Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement."

La descripción del apartamento se ajusta a la realidad, vistas al mar y a la montaña y la terraza grande espectacular. La urbanización es muy tranquila y no hemos pasado nada de calor. La piscina muy bien, entorno limpio y bien cuidado, sin aglomeraciones de gente. Necesitas coche para ir a Peñíscola, aunque hay parada de bus en la entrada de la urbanización. De ligging is prachtig maar helaas was er totaal niets te doen in de omgeving (eerste week november 2024) Waarschijnlijk is het in de zomer wel erg druk want deze plaats staat vol met 4 etage appartementen.
