Baleal Exclusive is a brand new 3 bedroom apartment in Baleal Beach (construction was finished in 2019
The place is modern and bright composed of 3 bedrooms (one ensuite and the other two bedrooms share a large bathroom). Has an open space kitchen-living room with everything you may need for a comfy and relaxing holiday in Peniche.

Its Ideally located on the heart of Baleal Beach, nearby surf shops, mini Markets restaurants and a few meters from Lagide, Gigi and Baleal Beaches.

It has a gorgeous view (sea view and pool view), balconies, from the living room window or sited on the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset over the sea, enjoying a glass of wine, beer, water or your favorite drink over the sea breeze.
In the apartment, you will have everything you need.
The place is designed to make you comfortable during all year long, even on the coldest days during winter, you will feel at home (warm and cozy) as the place has heated irradiating floor to heat the place and give you all the necessary comfort.

It is located in a complex with swimming pool, we also have a garage to store surfboards and other water and beach sports gears and also you can park your car, but there are also plenty of parking spaces around the building.


Perfect location for the ones who like water sports such as Surfing, SUP, windsurfing, Kitesurfing.
