"Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking. We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning. The trainee receptionist was clueless and had a serious case of body odour. Her...

"The staff are really nice people with a good level of customer service but I also think it is to the good of the Inn if they can have a nice car to take visitors on tours of the recreational places around. "
