"the stay was good... the only issue was the people staying upstairs, they were very loud, obnoxious and kept stomping at all hours... that wasn't the property owners fault... it does say there is a washer and drier as assn amenity... but it wasn't accessible"

"The room was clean, queen bed was comfortable, and WiFi worked well. The small kitchen was well laid out and clean. Host provided snacks and water in the fridge, which was helpful which showed Brittany cares for the comfort of the guests. Next we travel to DuBois we will stay at the historic Notter House. "Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). This was beyond perfect, and I couldn't recommend it more. "

"Spent four nights, with this Clearfield property being our home base, from which to visit my wife’s brother and some of her high school classmates in the Morrisdale/Philipsburg area. "Everything was neat, clean and well appointed. We had a couple little issues that were quickly taken care of though. The automatic code for entrance didn’t work, so we were delayed in getting into the apartment. The other was that the heat was shared by all tenants and we had no heat most mornings (which was cold for us).. Again the owner rectified it as she was able. Highly recommend this accommodation!"

"Everything was very clean. Checkin was simple. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Steep set of stairs leading up to apartment, which Iwasnt expecting. Maybe I overlooked it in the description of the property. All else was as advertised. Price was good. We spent most of our day in Benezette hoping to see the elk. Would stay there again"

"Everything about this stay was wonderful. Peggy’s cabin was exactly as described and in great condition. She was a great host, communicating before, during and after our stay. Oh and fresh bread/cookies and muffins waiting for us. We saw some elk, visited with our son who is at Penn State and hiked around Parker Dam. 10/10. Will definitely be back. Ok, the driveway is a bit nerve wracking pulling out but a minor inconvenience."

"Great value, comfortable stay. We had a living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. Furnishing were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours. The gym only had two treadmills and a bike, one machine resembling a bowflex in a very small area. Due to our short stay, the gym's hours did not allow us to be able to use it;...
