Detached house, with direct sea view, on 1,500 m2 wooded fenced plot, able to accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms, ideal for two couples with children.
Property located on the edge of the classified site of the magnificent Pénestin cliff. Access to the beach located about 200 m by a footpath leading to the descent of the Source.
Sandy beach of about 2 km, family swimming, water present at low tide as at high tide, shore fishing, nautical activities 1.5 km away (club).

Très belle maison vue mer et donnant sur le sentier côtier. La plage est à moins de 10 min à pied. Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante. Pouvoir disposer de tout l’équipement nécessaire pour deux bébés, c est top!

La maison néo bretonne bâtie sur un immense terrain, meublée à l'ancienne, plutôt rustique est merveilleusement bien située. Un portillon situé au fond du jardin permet l’accès au chemin de randonné qui longe la côte authentique de Pénestin.

Nous avons fortement apprécié la localisation du gîte situé juste à coté de la plage et accessible directement par le chemin côtier. Très grand terrain qui nous a permis de manger dehors a l'ombre des arbres Le gîte est très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très accueillante.

Séjour, très agréable, les conditions sont réunies pour se détendre.. grand jardin, proximité de la plage, balade sur le littorale accessible par la maison et idéale pour les promenades et les joggings.. seule remarque à mettre entre parenthèses mobilier et matériel un peu vieillot, cependant cela ne nous a pas gêné. Séjour excellent, cours de voiles pour les enfants à proximité, et producteur de moules.. super!
