Once a downtown commercial space, in 2018 it was revamped as an upscale living space - with direct downtown access from street level and sleeping quarters upstairs. The best location if you're looking to take in all the sights of Pendleton. Being dubbed "the Heart of Pendleton" one will find themselves located exactly in the HEART of downtown Pendleton while experiencing and reliving the culture that surrounds Pendleton - the Pendleton Round-Up, Pendleton Woolen Mills and the Native American culture. We had a fabulous trip exploring Pendleton, and this place is truly in the heart of downtown. We were able to swing by to drop off leftovers, take breaks between shopping trips, and enjoyed just hanging out. We will definitely book again.

The property was very clean comfortable. And everything was as advertised. The only thing that surprised us was the very limited street parking as the only parking. Location in downtown Pendleton was great with things to do and eateries within easy walking distance.

Perfect location to hit all the hot spots in downtown Pendleton. The transaction was smooth and the property decor was SPOT ON! We are all rodeo girls, so enjoyed looking at all the artwork. Walking distance to Main Street, Court Street and the Underground. Excellent!

In the Heart of Pendleton
This property is fantastic. Every bit of it feels like it was put together with love. Very well appointed Kitchen, comfortable couch, and with two adult daughters travelling with us, two bathrooms were a NEED not a want. Everything was quality. The beds were super comfortable. We very much enjoyed the Round-Up, Happy Canyon theme in the townhouse, and are pretty sure the Pendleton pattern on the wall was made from reclaimed wood of some sort. Truly in the heart of dowtown it was very easy walking to food, shops and the Umatilla River. You will not be disappointed.
