"This was definitely a good base for our visit to Iraklio. It’s a very spacious apartment with three bedrooms, plus a very workable kitchen and a nice living space. We didn’t use the outdoor space because we were just too busy, but it’s there, if a bit small. "Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family! "

"A very convenient location since walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below."

"An outstanding beach hotel with fantastic staff and service. The food is amazing, offering a delicious variety of Greek cuisine—from the famous Greek salads to fresh seafood and flavorful kebabs. It’s a great choice for an off-season luxury escape with the family. The sports facilities are top-tier, extensive, and exceptionally well maintained—including indoor and outdoor fitness gyms, as well as tennis, padel, football and basketball courts. "I enjoyed my room upgrade very much. The room was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Breakfast buffet was superb, as always. But the staff is what sets this place above other hotels. Very attentive and professional. This is still my favorite hotel in Heraklion."
