"My daughter and I came to AK to mine at Twin Creek Crystal Mine and it was the perfect location (just 10-15 minute drive). We loved the pine trees at the cabin, the hammocks, exploring at the creek (5 minute walk), and feeling tucked away in a cute cabin instead of staying farther away in Hot Springs as we usually do. From now on, we will come back to this cabin and enjoy a true “off the grid” location that still has everything we need. The hosts were wonderful!"

"Sylvia is an incredible host! Due to school calendar changes, we had to switch up our dates... and Sylvia went above and beyond to open up a day for us to help accommodate our needs. She was very responsive before we ever even got to the property. Once we did get there, we were blown away! All the creativity and thought put into Bear's Den really make it a fun place to stay. We felt like Sylvia really cared about our stay as she checked in multiple times. There was a surprising welcome basket, plenty of high quality personal care products, and all the linens were plentiful and felt like premium quality. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is completely stocked with pretty much any cooking/serving equipment or gadgets you can think of. Another surprise - the smaller bedroom had a video game setup that our kids loved when we were not out and about. The location is incredible... we saw deer on our drive in, and saw them again after we checked out. It was a peaceful location. We did not make use of many of the on-site amenities, but there is something for everyone there. We highly recommend this property and this host... thank you!"
