Arboleda's House- By the River, Forest & Gardens

Located in San Francisco, is just 4.5 miles from La Fortuna, San Carlos, Alajuela (only 10 minutes in car to La Fortuna). Arboleda's house has everything a patio and mountain views. It features river views behind the house(there is a path to go to the river) and free super fast WiFi of 200 mbps that is good to work o study throughout the property. This holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms all with A/C, Living room, Smart TV 60", and a fully eqquiped kitchen , dining room, private paking with gate, capacity for 3 vehicles, back yard with a little rach and grill. The owners are available to help at the 24-hour. Guests can relax in the garden at the property, also is a peaceful place. Is a realy good place to observe a variety of birds, other animals and trees just meters from house.
The Cambronero Solis family will be next to the guests in an apartment next to the house. We will welcome you with pleasure.

Peaceful getaway!

Great stay!
Air conditioned and plenty of space for our whole family, this house was perfect for adventures in La Fortuna and near Arenal Volcano. A little more road noise than we expected, but otherwise- perfect!

Great stay
We enjoyed staying in Dionorah’s home. We had all we needed, we enjoyed being out of “town”, the back yard was heavenly. Abigail’s cafe, down the street, was yummy although it had spotty hours.

This place was excellent place for our family of 4. There was a really comfortable outdoor space and a path that lead to the river. We enjoyed so much of our family time at the backyard playing board game and listening to the river/birds. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again in the future when we visit La Fortuna.

Love this place.
This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful little home. The home is super clean and a perfect location for those wanting to get some rest but only be a few minutes from the happenings of La Fortuna. The host is wonderful.

Staying at Dinorah's property was an overall good experience and I can recommend it to others. House is very clean and convenient. Backyard is a jewel. Dinorah is a great host, responding quickly via WhatsUp and helping you with advises around local places, if you have any issues within the house and even help us to dry our closes and towels. The only inconvenience we had was a noise from the road from the big trucks breaking with their engines every late evenings and nights, or powerful motorcycles, because there is a speed bump nearby. And the shower can be improved. It was barely warm. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Perfect for family
10 mins from downtown Fortuna this place is the perfect spot for a family. The home is nice but the backyard and river access will leave you speechless. Safe, comfortable, and the host was available for all our questions. P This place was perfect for our family.

The property is amazing, 15 minutes to downtown La Fortuna. It was a bit further out to do some of the activities. Owner is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the backyard is amazing to relax at the end of the day.

Perfect jungle home
This was a beautiful house to start our vacation off at. The host was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Very roomy and very clean. We even saw a monkey in the tree and some frogs in the creek below the house. Started off every morning out back on the patio with the perfect view.

Our stay at Penas Blancas was all we imagined!
The entire process from reserving, to check in and check out was seamless. We were in town for 1 evening and the house met all our expectations. Very clean and accommodating for our group of 6 ( consisting of 3 adults and 3 kids). Short drive to town and restaurants and supermarket.

We loved our stay at this location and especially loved the backyard! On our first few days we saw a sloth and toucans. Dinorah snd her family were very helpful and attentive. The house was as advertised. We loved our stay and are already planning a return trip!

Lovely river Cottage
This home was beautiful. We stayed just one night but loved the out door sitting area and the sound of the river. The host was very kind and it was a flawless booking. When we come back we definitely will stay there again. Perfect Costarican home.

Great stay
The house was wonderful, clean. The outside seating area was a joy for us Bird watchers and the sound of the rio burrito was great. The location was just far enough from La Fortuna to not be to busy. I will say that some of the trucks going buy in the am we’re noisy but over all a great Costa Rica stay.

We loved this property! It is so peaceful & serene w a friendly visiting cat. It was the perfect place to stay for all adventures in La Fortuna area. We loved that it was right outside of town so we weren’t in the hustle & bustle of everything but we were near everything that it was a short drive away. The backyard is so perfect & you can walk down to the creek behind. We are outside every am & I rocked myself into a couple naps in the hammock. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient stay while zip lining!!
My wife and I along with our two college aged kids spent the night here after doing two separate events at Sky Adventures. We didn’t want to make the long drive back to Tamarindo at night so we decided to stay here. The place was perfect. It was clean, easy to find and well appointed. The pathway down to the river was a nice added bonus!!

Beautiful spot in nature close to La Fortuna
This was the perfect spot! The river behind the house with private gardens and trees was amazing. We saw a Sloth with her baby, a Howler Monkey, an armadillo and many birds. Highly recommend this place!! Peaceful and private but close to everything you need. We had a car.

We loved the property. The river behind was a nice addition to the house. We enjoyed hopping around on the rocks and seeing wildlife. My daughter is a biology major so she loved hunting for frogs and lizards in the yard. The house was nice and clean. The only thing that I would want to improve is the hot water situation. It would only get a little warm.

Awesome house on creek!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home on the creek. It was in the perfect location to visit La Fortuna and the surrounding area. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outside patio area is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to every need. I would highly recommend this property and we plan to bring our children back as it is big enough to accommodate all 8 of us easily.
