Tatty, scruffy, cold, unwelcoming and dirty.
"Awful place. One star is too much. More like a doss house. Unopened post piling up at the door. Floors could do with a good clean. Hand written paper signs stuck on the door and walls. Very scruffy looking. I arrived at about 2am. My room was very cold. I asked for the heating to be put on. They ..."

"We had a fabulous time. The flat is so well located and is really beautifully decorated. The views over the bay from the bedroom and the living room are gorgeous; we had a lovely 4 day break exploring the coastal paths and Tenby. In sunny April!"
