"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. "The Little Riverside was exceptionally clean, and well a appointed and the kitchen included anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable as well. Access was easy and the location is quiet with very little traffic. The two different outdoor seating areas were lovely, and enjoyed every day. Mike met us on arrival, and gave us the details, and has a great sense of humour! Everyone was friendly and the hosts responded very quickly when information was needed."

"My family and I rented this cottage based on the past reviews and the cottage description. Unfortunately, the cottage was not properly described and was filthy when we arrived. We were assured by the owners that the cottage has been cleaned, but we did send photos of both buildings that proved otherwise. A cleaner was sent a day later but by then, we had already cleaned a bit. The kitchen had a tap that wasn't properly attached, stinky dish cloths, oven mitts with holes, drawers and cupboards...
