"Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental. The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier. Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!"

"Perfect getaway from all things hectic. Simple, but beautiful, rural retreat, made a great base for exploring the foothills of Picos de Europa and further into the national park, but also close enough to enjoy the coast too. Very attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Excellent 5G reception across much of the area meant we only had to be as cut off from the rest of the world as we wanted to be."

"A modern well constructed home built to fit the aesthetic of the small village. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, and kitchen, dining and living quarters on the 2nd were well designed for our small group of one couple and two singles. The kitchen was well appointed for home cooking. The information found in the house about things to do in the area, particularly local walks and hikes, was very useful. "Alojamiento muy limpio y cuidado en entorno natural y tranquilo, propietario muy amable. En nuestro caso fue negativo el hecho de no tener wifi ni 4G y apenas cobertura, por lo que en algunos momentos estuvimos incomunicados. A pesar de ello está muy cerca de Potes y ahí sin problema. Recomendable."

"Die schöne Ferienwohnung liegt im Grünen mit einem überdachten Aussensitzplatz. Der Wagen kann direkt auf dem mit einem Tor verschlossenen Hof vor der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In San Roque del Acebal gibt es eine 10 min entfernte "alsa.com" Busstation für Fahrten nach Llanes oder Ribadesella. Der playa de Toro ist in ca. 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung mit schnellem Wlan sehr genossen."

La zona donde está ubicada la casa esta algo alejada de la ciudad pero las vistas que hay son maravillosas y si buscas desconectar es perfecta! La casa esta muy completa a nivel de uso doméstico y hay un río que pasa justo por el pueblo y en los aleredores hay embalses para poder pegarse un chapuzón; nosotros estuvimos visitando pueblos y zonas de alrededor y la verdad que son muy...

"Its a typical asturian stone house. The main atraction for us was the location , a hamlet with no more than 10 houses surrounded by mountains all overooked by the Pico Peñamallera . The house is spotless clean with a great fireplace and all the amenities you need."

"Nice house in quiet mountain village. Close to Sotres and Cares which can be reached by car, local bus, or walking. Host was helpful in providing local information. There is no Wi-Fi in the house, but we were able to join our hosts network, sitting on the bench outside their house a short walk away."

"Pas cher mais entretien et insonorisation médiocre ( le bruit de la cascade est gênant quand on n a pas l habitude pour nous qui habitons à la campagne sans aucun bruit...) et le simple vitrage ne sert à rien. Pas d accueil physique tout se passe à distance. Il n y avait pas d allumettes on a dû attendre plus d 1h pour en avoir vu qu il n y a aucun commerce autour. Cerise sur le gateau : piscine et jacuzzi hs ( vides) or ils étaient mis en avant dans l annonce sans précision qu ils étaient hs."
