"Im schönen Pelzerhaken haben wir einen gemütlichen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Hierzu hat das "Lütt Hus" viel beigetragen. Bereits der herzliche Empfang und das "Honig-Buffett" aus der Hausimkerei versetzte uns von der ersten Minute in Urlaubsstimmung. Die gemütliche und praktische Einrichtung mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten für jede Gelegenheit hat uns sehr gefallen. "Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erstmal einiges reinigen, die Toiletten sahen aus als wenn sie schon länger nicht gereinigt wurden, bei der oberen Toilette kam braunes Wasser aus dem dem Spülkasten. An diversen Lampen hingen zum Teil dicke Spinnweben. Die Silikonfugen in den Duschen sind schimmelig, die Duschabtrennung oben hat einen Riss und die untere Duschabtrennung müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Von außen machen das Haus und der Garten eher einen ungepflegten Eindruck, auf der Terrasse...

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
