"Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Then again Pelling is basically just a long road on the flank of the mountain with only hotels along the road. Not much to the place apart from the views of the mountains (so consider not spending too much time there and instead making you way to more pleasant little towns of Sikkim)"

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We struggled with water pressure, the shower was quite weak. It is a 20minute walk into town or get a taxi."

"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."

"Property was completely different than pictures. No Ac / fan. No elevator or escalate. Bathroom was dirty and power outage. We left the property a day early. "
