Très joli site
Appartement très propre, vaste et sobrement équipé. Vue superbe de la pièce de séjour, chambre sans fenêtre mais ce n est pas gênant. Possibilité de s installer sur le banc sous la fenêtre pour profiter de la vue et du calme.

Beautiful and quiet.
Beautiful location and nice place. Ideal for a couple - less for more than 2. Note that there no longer is a shop in the village - but less than 10 minutes away by car everything you need. We were there in September, and loved it.

Tolles Domizil mit Blick über den Ortasee
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hier kann man Ruhe und Entspannung finden. Morgens einfach die beiden Fensterflügel öffnen und den Blick auf den See genießen. In der Umgegend gibt es viel zu entdecken, z.B. Orta San Guilio mit der vorgelagerten Insel, Ronco oder Madonna del Sasso hoch über dem Ortasee. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Mooi huis, met een mooi uitzicht. Prima ontvangst, en alles was aanwezig. Heel dichtbij kan je heerlijk eten en koffie drinken. Alles straalt rust uit, we kunnen dit aanraden!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage!
Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Urlaub am Ortasee in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist direkt am See und bietet alles was man braucht, auch die Eisdiele ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de Nicolo et sa maman. Logement agréable, typique et très propre. Vue sur le lac idéale, calme assuré en ce début de juillet, glaces délicieuses, resto à proximité et petite épicerie avec l'essentiel. Plouf dans le lac presque de notre fenêtre ! A view to dream of and feast upon.
Lake Orta is beautiful and the view from the apartment simply stunning with the island centre stage.The accomodation clean and well equipped although perhaps could benefit from more comfortable seating for those lazy evenings.Nicolo and Maria were extremely welcoming and helpful and did their best to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It certainly was. A fantastic ice cream parlour only steps away and a couple of pizzerias and a good restaurant a matter of yards.Ferries and water taxis on the doorstop but car hire advisable to explore the wider fantastic scenery. Sehr, sehr schön - in jeder Beziehung: Gastgeber, Lage des Hauses, Ortschaft, See, Berge und Wald
Von Schönheit und Zuvorkommenheit überwältigt, ist diese Unterkunft eine sehr gute Gelegenheit v.a. auch für jene, die es mit Natur und Kultur ernst meinen. Maria und Niccolo (in I und D) holen die Gäste vom Bahnhof ab. Vor Ort reichen die eigenen Füße, die zur Verfügung gestellten Räder sowie Fähren und Boote für alles, was einem in solch entschleunigter Lage in den Sinn kommt: Spazieren, pilgern, wandern, klettern, schwimmen, paddeln, sich selbst versorgen, Eis/Pizza/Pranzo/Cena, im Innengarten faulenzen/ lesen. Wer wirklich weitere Kreise ziehen will: Maria und Niccolo helfen ganz bestimmt. - Tip: während der Woche sind es nur wenige Touristen - zumindest in der Noch-Nicht-Hauptsaison. Also: nicht nur am Wochenende vorbeischauen!

Einfach nur schön
Wir haben die Zeit im gelben Haus am See und die Aussicht auf Orta und die Insel San Giulio sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet und die Vermieter überaus freundlich. Von Pella aus können Ausflüge in die reizvolle Gegend rund um den Ortasee unternommen werden auch mit dem Schiff und der Lago Maggiore ist auch nicht weit. Die Eisdiele bzw. Creperie in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schade, dass es am Ortasee so wenige öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten gibt! Wir kommen wieder Monika, Sophia, Norbert und Akim

Schön und familientauglich
Unsere Familie mit drei jugendlichen Kindern hat in dieser eher kleinen Ferienwohnung eine wunderbare Woche verlebt, bei der alle auf ihre Kosten gekommen sind. Baden, Rad- und Bootfahren, Wandern, Kultur, alles ist von Pella aus möglich. Die Morgenstunden und Abende auf der Bank vor dem Haus mit dem Blick auf den See und die Klosterinsel sind traumhaft und erholsam. Die Promenade, das Restaurant und die Eisdiele nebenan erweitern den Aufenthaltsraum auf schönste Weise. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation ist auch auf deutsch möglich.

séjour en famille à PELLA
Dans un lieu enchanteur, notre famille a pu passer un très agréable séjour. La location est située au pied du lac d'Orta. Nous avons pu profiter de belles baignades sur les petites plages à 15mn à pied ou à 5 mn à vélo. Nicolo et Maria nous ont chaleureusement accueillis. Très disponibles et serviables. Le logement est très confortable et très propre. Très proche d'une superette bien approvisionnée et de restaurants. La cerise sur le gâteau, un excellent glacier artisanal situé à la porte de la location. Nous avons pu profiter de belles balades à pied, pour certaines sportives mais qui nous ont permis d'avoir un beau point de vue du Lac d'Orta. Les traversées en bateau nous ont amenée à la ville d'Orta, animée et à l'ile de San Giulio, très typique. Un très beau séjour pour tout ceux qui souhaitent découvrir l'Italie.

Vacances à Pella
La location à Pella est située dans un cadre idyllique au bord du lac d'Orta. Idéal pour y passer un séjour en famille. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la baignade en accédant aux petites plages avec les vélos bien gentiment prêtés par Nicolo et Maria. Le logement est très confortable et très propre. Nous avons mangé les meilleures glaces d'Italie chez l'artisan situé juste à côté de la maison. Les randonnées sont sportives et permettent d'avoir un très joli point de vue sur le lac. Nous avons pu profiter de traversées très agréables vers l'ile de San Giulio et vers Orta. Nous conseillons ce cadre enchanteur à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent découvrir une Italie typique. Nicolo et Maria sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Une bonne adresse !
Excellent séjour à Pella. Le logement est petit mais bien équipé et très propre, il est très bien situé, face au lac. La porte d'entrée donne sur une promenade semi-piétonne (les voitures sont rares, mais on peut charger et décharger la voiture quand c'est nécessaire) très agréable. A deux portes, un glacier mémorable... La région est magnifique, et le petit village de Pella est un lieu de séjour idéal pour la visiter : joli, commode (une superette, un boulanger, trois restaurants), mais beaucoup moins fréquenté que la ville d'Orta, située juste en face. La première plage est à 10 mn à pied, mais rien n'empêche de se baigner près de la maison. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

Nette Vermieter - schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. So nett haben wir das noch nie erlebt. Der Vermieter half sogar beim Ausladen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sie besitzt einen traumhaften Blick auf die Insel San Giulio. Den Blick haben wir jeden morgen zum Frühstück sehr genossen. Wir konnten unserer mitgebrachten Fahrräder sicher abstellen, das war auch klasse. Ausgehend von der Ferienwohnung konnten wir schöne Ausflüge machen und tolle Badestellen mit dem Rad anfahren. Die Eisdiele nebenan hat Spitzeneis. Das ist ein Geheimtipp in der Gegend. Soviel Eis haben wir noch in keinem Urlaub gegessen! Thomas und Andrea aus Göppingen (Deutschland)

Idéalement situé face au superbe lac d'ORTA, cet appartement est proche de nombreux services ; épicerie, restaurants, glacier, bateau traversier, .... et garde le charme des habitations d'autrefois. Il est très propre et bien équipé. La voiture peut être garée gratuitement dans le village de Pella. Nombreuses excursions dans les environs, plages agréables à proximité. Casa Lungo Lago 20 was just as it appears on the website. Full of character, this quaint little house is situated right on the Lake with a lovely little veranda from which to relax and enjoy the amazing views The property is beautifully presented,very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Pella itself is such a lovely, peacful little town. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and perfect for relaxation, but also within easy reach of the interesting areas of Orta, Isolo San Guilio etc. Local Restaurant/Pizzeria/ Supermarket/ Ferry etc only a few metres distance. Our thanks to Nicolo,for his helpful advice and ease of communication We hope to return someday......

"Eine geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Durch die Kombination von klassischen Holzmöbeln und modernen Installationen genau der richtige Mix für ein historisches Gebäude. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Lage ist traumhaft - man öffnet das Fenster, blickt über einen gepflasterten, verkehrsberuhigten Weg - direkt auf Orta San Giulio und die entzückende Klosterinsel! - Man hat alles vor Ort - eine Info-Mappe der Vermieter ist ein guter Wegweiser für Fährverbindungen, Pizzerien, Lokale, Einkauf, Wassersport - ferner gibt es eine Sammlung an Karten und Broschüren für nahezu alle Ziele in der Umgebung. Durch diese gute Ausstattung und durch den sehr netten persönlichen Kontakt fühlten wir uns bestens betreut! Lieben Dank an unsere perfekten Vermieter!!! Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht - Lungomare 14 war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge rund um den See und nach Varallo, Domodosssola, Novara und Miasino.
