"Easiest check-in and out process ever! Took less than 5 minutes to check in! Front desk clerk was so helpful and friendly! We only stayed a night here for a Jelly Roll concert but we were so impressed at the cleanliness of the property and our room. Very spacious, beds were so comfortable, and loved the FREE breakfast the next morning which included eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes! "

"I was in town for the Pink concert. The location was excellent. It's an easy walk to the Colonial Life Arena. I parked on the street around the corner from the hotel. Tons of restaurants nearby. Carrie at the front desk did a great job of handling the onslaught of guests checking in before the show. (Free drinks at the bar because my room wasn't ready were a nice perk.) When a room was ready, I was given room 330. Somehow, I misunderstood what room I was in and tried to enter room 225. That misunderstanding was completely MY fault. Carrie had given me keys to an unoccupied room, and I took it upon myself to enter the wrong room. "

"I had to make call no heat in room they came within an hour turn heat inside ceiling I called toilet not working morning I left no response but I left 9 am I hope next renter had working toilet "
