"This home is awesome! Layout worked well for our group of 3 couples and 2 singles. Downstairs entry level has 2 bedrooms (2 twins and 1 queen) with shared bath along with game-room, bunk-room, full bath, separate laundry room, pool area with grill and outdoor bar. Upstairs one large room including living area, kitchen and dining, porch with beautiful view of ocean. Porch has spiral stairway to an observation deck where we enjoyed stargazing. Also on this level are 2 king rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a half bath. Just a note about access… this might not be the appropriate house for your group if anyone has difficulty with stairs. Although the weather was chilly and rainy the first part of our week, we loved using the pool. It is heated but was still chilly, of course we were there in December. Large living area worked perfectly as a gathering place where we cooked several meals and played cards and socialized. We took advantage of the concierge grocery service to have delivery at our arrival, which we highly recommend. Kitchen is very well equipped. The dock space provided with the house was super useful and convenient, where we docked the center console runabout boat we rented for touring. We also had our 41’ power catamaran and our host/owner secured a neighbor’s dock slip large enough for it, including power and water, at a reasonable additional cost. We really only had one issue during our trip, management and maintenance were quick to respond. "

"Beautiful house that has been recently renovated. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Some of the renovation were not quite finished, like cabinet knobs, and new appliances. The owner was super helpful. The view, the dock and overall property was magnificent."

"The location of the house and the size of the house met all our needs. Easy two minute walk to the beach and restaurant and bar. Great isle to navigate around with a golf cart for all the restaurants and other beaches. Highly recommend elbow key and second wind."

"We loved Little Palm Cottage! It was perfect for our family of 8. The location is centrally located on the island and a quick golf cart ride anywhere. We loved having the dock to leave our boat so close to the house. All the amenities in the house were new and updated. The decor is absolutely stunning. We will be back for sure!!!"

"First, owners Alexandra and William and the caretaker on location were so responsive and helpful as we prepared for this large family getaway. Jess helped us make chartered ferry and golf cart reservations, as well as concierge service to stock the fridge with basics for our arrival. The house was within walking distance from ferry dock and several wonderful beaches for walking, swimming and snorkeling. Cart rides into town for the town beach in the Atlantic was our favorite. The pods in the house provided great privacy and adequate sleeping for all 12 of us. Local grocery stores were great for cooking many meals. Eating out was always fun but expensive. One excursion to Marsh Harbor for Xmas dinner groceries proved an excellent idea. The pool was terrific for all ages. The kitchen/dining/living room pod was spacious and just right for our large group to eat together and gather. We had fantastic December beach weather in the 70’s all week. Islanders were so welcoming and relaxed. Overall we could not have been happier! "

"My husband, parents and me stayed at the Tahiti Beach house for the week of Thanksgiving. We are so grateful to have found and stayed at this delightful property. As boaters, we loved the private dock, sunset views, waterfront location at the south end of Elbow Cay. By land it was convenient to Tahiti Beach, walking routes, and a short drive to dining options. The home was comfortable for two couples. Our property manager was absolutely wonderful, friendly and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for smaller groups. We would love to return again and again!"
