"This place is a hidden gem. It is brand new on the east side of Penida island which is pretty remote. Takes a while to get here but once you are here it is golden. Best waitress ever is Jesika, a real sweetheart. In many places this facility would be 1K plus US per night. For the price it is awesome and close to some great hiking and hidden beaches. I rented a motorbike and rode all around the island which was absolutely fascinating, but really great to get back to the resort which has every comfort and great staff. I came for two nights and stayed for three. Do yourself a favor and, as Liz Lemon would say, "go to there". "

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything! "

"Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds. The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide. "

"This is exactly what I want to feel like when I'm on holiday. Such a quiet and relaxing place, away from the loud, obnoxious tourists. The private beach right on the coast allowed us to take a boat out directly from the shore, without needing any other transport. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a lovely basket for our trip, making it feel like our own luxury boat tour. The untouched sea life was beautiful. We stumbled across this property because the infinity pool villa offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the sea, and it was perfect for our honeymoon."
