"This was our first stay at Prado but it will certainly not be our last. We were pleased and pleasantly surprised by the external appearance when we pulled up out front. From the time we entered the front doors to the time we checked out, we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. Whether we encountered them at the front desk, in the food service area, or just walking down the hallways, every staff member was warm, friendly and very professional. The rooms were clean and smelled of fresh linen. We didn't get a chance to try the evening meals but thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay. In every way imaginable, Prado exceeded our expectations. Prado is our hotel of choice now for every visit to Jackson. "

"A great stop for our cross country move. They are pet friendly ($25 for our cat to stay), near lots of places to eat, and a gas station. Comfy beds and loved the Dove products they had available for use. Very friendly staff! "

"I was disappointed in the room. The bathroom door did not work properly nor did the shower door. The air conditioner and air return was right at the foot of the bed which was very noisy. This made it very difficult to sleep. "

"Overall, my stay was good. However, the tub faucets could use an update—the pull-up stick to access the shower was broken. Additionally, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to request them, but having basic dishes available in the room would be useful."
