"We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The people were very nice and polite. The were always trying to make us satisfied. The upgrade we had made it very special. We had a massage by professional and relaxed. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of different foods. The pool was very clean and by the beach. The view was fantastic!!! "This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue. Overall the stay was what we needed, but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for luxury."

"The Kelapa Retreat and Spa is a glorious oasis far from the bustling areas of Bali. It is truly gorgeous and it seems that all the rooms are amazing and unique. The views are amazing, the infinity pools very relaxing, the beach is gorgeous and it feels like it is private. The waves and current can be string but its super fun for boogey boarding. The food is outstanding and the bar makes an incredible array of drinks for all tastes. They have daily free activities and a beautiful spa. The resort also offers transportation and a selection of tours. I'd recommend waiting until you get to the resort to choose your day trips. We had a truly phenomenal time enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the place while also appreciating the culture and hospitality of Bali."
