CHALET FARM LA LAITERIE 200m walking to ski lift Peisey-Vallandry PARADISKI

Chalet farm Laiterie will welcome you in an impressive Alpine farmhouse converted in 3 chic and rustic « chalets farm» with all modern comfort. They are independant of each other.It is 200m walking to the free Televillage la Lonzagne – a small bubble lift rising from the village centre of the resort up to Peisey Vallandry from where you can decide to ski in Les Arcs or if you prefer La Plagne by taking the Vanoise Express cable car which links La Plagne with Les Arcs.
Ski school, ski rental, kinder garden are at the top. Intersport have lockers that allow you to leave your skis over night before jumping on the lift back down to Peisey Nancroix at the end of the day.
NO CAR NEEDED all facilities are at walking distance.

It is the largest Chalet part of Chalets farm du Villaret with 6 ensuite bedrooms and a mezzanine sleeping between 12 and 14 guests. A truly beautiful chalet farm using local stone and wood offering that traditional feel with modern facilities.

PRESENTATION: The ground floor has a kitchen, dining area, lounge with log fire, Wi-Fi and TV. The first floor is made up of 3 bedrooms which can either be twins or doubles, one have ensuite shower and wc, the second has an ensuite bathroom and wc. The third is a large family bedroom with twin beds and mezzanine above with another 2 beds, shower ensuite, wc just outside. The top floor houses another 3 bedrooms; One has twin beds, shower and wc ensuite. The second one is another twin with shower and wc ensuite. The final room is a twin/double with ensuite shower and wc. This room is in the eves of the chalet and head room is limited in one area. Facilities also include a sauna shared with all chalet farm and a ski room with boot warmer.
Chalet Farm Laiterie is offered on a self catered basis but can be catered using our local partner. The chalet can be combined with Chalet Farm Fruitiere for chalet parties of up to 20/22 persons or with Chalet Farm Tannerie for parties up to 24/28 or the whole Chalets farm du Villaret for parties up to 34.

Les Arcs / Peisey Nancroix is a beautiful traditional Alpine farming village situated on the edge of the Vanoise National Park at 1350m made up of real farm buildings, wooden chalets, a fine baroque church, a handful of shops, restaurants and bars.
►Ski info: The ski area is known as the Paradiski and is one of the the largest linked ski area in the World. The statistics are awesome: 141 lifts from 1200m up to 3250m link 425kms of marked and prepared pistes, 15 villages and 2 glaciers.
Our chalets farm in Peisey are uniquely positioned right in the heart of the Paradiski area. They back on to Les Arcs ski area and yet face La Plagne Ski Area.
► Après ski You can stay in Peisey Vallandry lively bars as you have a free bus service to take you back to the village after ski lift closing time.
Alternatively you can go in the village bars where you’ll also meet local ski instructors.
► ► IDEAL also for NON SKIERS the charming nordic center will offer walking, snowshoeing, Sleigh rides with huskies, reindeer or horses. You’ll be able to have lunch in two typical mountain restaurants with superb views on Bellecôte glacier..

►Ski passes: There are two ski passes available. The Paradiski which covers both Les Arcs and La Plagne or just the Les Arcs only ski pass.
– over 71 you should pop to the lift office on arrival in resort and you will be given a free ski pass – you will need to take your passport with you as proof of age.

Ski School
With over 155 instructors, the Esf offer courses in Peisey-Vallandry for all ages and abilities. Ski Ail and New Generation are British Ski School operating out of Vallandry. They offer smaller class sizes than the ESF

Lovely spacious chalet in great location
We had a lovely week in Chalet Laiterie. Everything was all as described and both Phillipe and Estelle were very helpful beforehand and during our stay. The chalet is very spacious and well equipped. In particular, the dining and sitting area comfortably accommodated our party of 14. Thank you for a great week!

Très agréable
L emplacement est top, proche de la remonté mécanique. Le village est super mignon et la vallée très jolie, il y a de quoi faire pour tous les goûts. Le chalet est également un peu à l écart de toute la cohue des vacances de février ce qui le rend vraiment agréable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet. Il y a suffisamment de WC et douches pour que chacun puisse avoir une intimité. Pour accéder aux pistes il faut prendre le télévillage et on arrive directement sur le front de neige avec l'ESF et les remontées donc top.

Wij hadden een heerlijke skivakantie in een mooi verbouwde oude boerderij in een rustig dorpje.
Voordeel: Fijn en snel contact mogelijk met de verhuurder en beheerder via mail en app. Geen auto nodig om te skiën. Wij hebben de auto mėt skies bij de Lozagnelift lift geparkeerd. Dan kun je met gewone schoenen de 200 m omhoog daar naartoe lopen en bij de lift skischoenen aan doen en ski's pakken en instappen. Nadeel: geen. De bakker heeft heerlijk vers brood, maar dat is wel een stukje lopen. Vonden wij niet erg om te doen.

Le chalet est idéal pour un groupe d’amis ou une famille en vacances avec ses chambres séparées et ses nombreuses salles de bains. Équipé pour accueillir tout le monde, il n’y a qu’a Poser ses valises et profiter d’une semaine à proximité des pistes (4minutes à pied). Merci !

Lovely rustic chalet within easy walking distance from lift system. Booking system and response from owner very quick and helpful. Chalet was well suited to our group of 2 families with large dinning table, big kitchen and cosy seating atone a log fire. Great holiday!

La laiterie est conforme à la description du site. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace de la pièce de vie et son équipement, le service (éléments défectueux très rapidement remplacés par le propriétaire, par ailleurs fort sympathique), le nombre de salle de bains (6 - bien que rudimentaires), l'authenticité du lieu (chalet du 17ème siècle rénové avec des matériaux gardant l'esprit du lieu), la proximité du Télévillage (remontée "Lonzagne"), le calme, le séchoir à chaussures de ski, 4 - 5 commerces à 500 m (boulangerie, fromage, charcuterie, bistrot sympa, et sherpa). Au rayon petits inconvénients : pas de parking devant, mais bien 50 mètres en contre-bas, ou 250 plus haut, au pied du télévillage (bien pratique pour y laisser les voitures avec les skis dedans en fin de journée, pour ne pas les porter jusqu'à l'appart), pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres, pas de terrasse ou d'emplacement pour profiter du soleil (l'appart bénéficie de peu de lumière naturelle, mais cela donne une atmosphère chaleureuse). Conclusion : bon plan et bonne situation, moins coûteuse qu'aux arcs, tout en permettant un accès aisé à tout le domaine Paradiski. Confortable pour 6 adultes et 7 enfants, dans notre cas. A conseiller.

Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes pour ce chalet et notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Une salle de bain par chambre et la grande cuisine constituent de beaux avantages. De plus, les personnes en charge de ce chalet sont arrangeantes et disponibles que ce soit pour les modalités d'arrivée ou de départ ou même pendant le séjour. Nous le recommandons.

Super et bien placé
Très bon séjour. Bon accueil Estelle avait tout prévu et nous attendais. Nous étions deux couples et trois enfants. Les chambres sont jolies et confortables, le séjour assez grand et très agréable. Le bois ancien chaleureux avec une belle cheminée et un grand balcon. La cuisine est bien équipée même les appareils à fondue et raclette. la remontée est toute proche ce qui était pratique avec les enfants. L'escalier pour monter à l'étage est un peu raide mais c'est le charme des vieilles maisons. Les salles de bains étaient tout à fait fonctionnelles et modernes. Le chauffage central rien à redire. Nous nous sommes servis du sauna, c'est un vrai luxe quand il fait bien froid. Le village n'est pas très grand mais dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Un excellent restaurant l'ancolie et le centre nordique génial pour les enfants avec les chevaux et huskies. La station fais de gros efforts avec les canons à neige et la préparation des pistes. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.

We had a very good week in La Laiterie. The chalet was clean and comfortable, the owner was very helpful and the location was perfect for us. Villaret is a pleasant traditional village and has good access to both Les Arcs and La Plagne.

Lovely chalet, great location
12 of us stayed. Really nice traditional converted farm building with 6 bedrooms (most en suite), all twin beds (plus a couple of mezzanine beds). Well kitted out for large groups in terms of large saucepans, oven trays etc. And nice big tables for group meals. The chalet and furnishings are fairly basic (although comfortable) , and some of the internal walls are a bit thin. But overall if going with a group of friends and looking for spacious characterful accommodation, it is great. Good position less than 5 mins walk in boots from the 'yoghurt pot' lift up to the Vanoise express- and from there it is easy to go in to La Plagne or over to Les Arcs. Parking was easy in the village. Ideally you would do a large shop e.g. in Aime, before arrival, but the Sherpa in Peisey Nacrix is well stocked, as is the small supermarket in Vallandry. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.
