"Best location in lisboa, close airport and train station "

"We picked this hotel because it is close to where we rented our car and also close to the airport. It turns out that the Oriente train station is nearby and across the street there is a huge shopping mall (Vasco de Gama) with a pretty amazing food court with reasonable prices (open on Sunday). You can take your food out onto the outside terracewhich has very nice views of the modern architecture and that long bridge (also named after Sr. de Gama) Two doors down from the MOOV is a very nice mercado with a spot to eat in if you choose and we had dinner back in the room later. Uber rides are very cheap in Lisbon and we picked the Eco rides to mitigate carbon footprint but we got around town easily using that service which was not much more than our usual mode - public transport. The room itself was nice enough not the greatest pillows and no top sheet or single blanket but I'm sure we could have gotten those fixed up if we were bothered enough by it. The staff were very helpful and great to communicate with. "

"Hotel itself is excellent, clean great rooms and perfect location, however reception check in staff were not professional on arrival! My Hotels.com booking confirmation and receipt were not excepted and apparently not found after waiting around for hours I was told that I would have to pay again at the hotel to stay the night as not their problem! It was a hotels.com problem and my problem! I have now paid almost €300 for a one night stay in a standard room! "

"Traffic can be a nightmare if you are using a car, pay attention to the map and know that covered parking exit is at the front of the building and easy to miss. Do not try to navigate this on a weekend night, the congestion is insane. Only complaint is that there is no access to air conditioning and even with the window ope, the room was stuffy. "
