Fully Licensed with the Ministry of Tourism in Cyprus. This apartment is situated in the heart of the village of Peyia and is surrounded by shops and tavernas. The village offers you plenty of choice for eating out with numerous restaurants, take away’s and bars. With only 12 apartments in the complex that are divided into three blocks of four. It is a quiet complex. The apartment sleeps four and is air-conditioned, with private parking and use of a shared pool. It offers excellent views stretching down to the sea and a large balcony for alfresco dinning. Paphos is about a 20 minute drive from our apartment, and has something for everyone. From the ancient fort in the picturesque harbour to the beautiful old town with its narrow streets where the traditional meets the cosmopolitan. The harbour area is lined with numerous bars and restaurants and is always lively but never more so than for Sunday lunch when it becomes the focal point for locals and tourists alike. For those interested in history, don't miss the site of the Tomb of the Kings or the wonderful Mosaics on the archaeological site near the harbour. For beach lovers, the nearby resort of Coral Bay has a superb sandy beach with all the facilities you would expect including watersports and a very good PADI Dive Centre. Although the village of Peyia has more than enough great bars and restaurants all within walking distance but for those who want a bit more night life then Coral Bay offers everything you could possibly look for with many places offering live entertainment - from typical Cypriot tavernas to fine Italian food, whilst not forgetting those British staples of Indian, Chinese and fish & chip restaurants! The apartment was ideal for my friend who used to live in Peyia and round the corner from her favourite restaurant! Also a short drive from the beach. The pool was lovely and the apartment comfortable with a lovely balcony. The neighbours were really nice to!
Lovely apartment in the heart of Peyia. Within easy access of all amenities. Very clean and well equipped for our stay. The pool area was large with everything you need. Sally was the perfect host. This apartment is very much home from home and we will definitely be back again next year.

Ms Sally, the host has been great. She timely responded and provided answers to questions. She has been very accommodating. If I could make one suggestion to her is to fix/replace the AC unit in the living room. During the hot days of July and August the unit doesn’t cool the room. But overall we have enjoyed our stay.at Sally’s place. Thank you.
We spent a happy couple of weeks in the October sunshine in this lovely apartment. The location is ideal, right in the centre of Pegeia village, with supermarket and restaurants within a very few minutes’ walk. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with parking directly outside. We had great communication with the owners, who were readily available if needed to resolve any issues.
We enjoyed using the swimming pool, which we never had to share, due to the small size of the complex.
We made good use of a hire car during our stay, and were able to explore (and hike in) the mountains and forests, as well as the coast. The area has much to offer in terms of differing landscapes.

Wohnung liegt zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bus,Geschäfte,Pubs und Tavernen sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Nachbarn sind sehr nett genauso wie die Vermieterin. Für einen erholsamen ruhigen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen.
Enjoyed our holiday at the property in Peyia, good location for all amenities. The property was really nice and had everything we needed. Bus route good for going to the beach and Pathos. The owner Sally was on the end of a phone when we needed help and was really lovely in making sure we had all information we needed. We would highly recommend booking her apartment.
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in this great apartment in beautiful Peyia. The apartment is spacious and very clean, there is everything you need for a great holiday. The WiFi was very fast and reliable. There is a lovely large balcony which overlooked the pool, with fabulous sea views.
This apartment is on the ground floor, which was perfect for us,
with its own parking space just outside the apartment main door.
The location was great just a two minute walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants.
We have stayed in Peyia many times, this was the closest we have ever been to the village which was great.
We would definitely recommend this apartment and we will try and return later this year.
The owner Sally is great, very friendly and supplied all the information we needed. Thank you Sally for letting us stay in the apartment a little later on departure day , we really appreciate it.

Excellent apartment with pool, close to all the amenities
Just returned from an 8 day stay at this excellent apartment in Peyia to celebrate daughter's 40th Birthday. Very pleased with this clean, roomy apartment with pool. Ideally situated for all the amenities e.g. bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Regular bus service to Coral Bay (1.50euro) where there is a frequent service to Pathos. Highly recommended.
