The uninterrupted View out to sea from the Balcony is fabulous and the ideal way to relax and take in the summer sun at any time of the day.

2 large bedroom house with private terrace and balcony, set in a quiet, small development with landscaped gardens, large shared pool and stunning sea views over Coral Bay. If you require larger accomodation then we do have contact with other owners to facilitate this.
Located in the town of Peyia with shops, bars and restaurants only a few minutes away, and Coral Bay 5 min away.
The newly furnished accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, 2 large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a modern family bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. washroom. It benefits from air conditioning throughout which is included in the rental price, a pressurized water system, and is fully serviced with electrical items such as TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron etc.
To the front of the property (south facing) is a large terrace on the ground floor and a small balcony off the main bedroom at first floor. These benefit from all-day sunshine and views over the large pool area and out to sea. To the rear is private parking


This is a small quiet complex offering a haven for a relaxing holiday in clean and modern accommodation. There is plenty of space on the complex so it never feels overcrowded. With excellent facilities and convenient location, this offers an ideal spot for couples and families alike. We provide garden furniture and a barbecue, and other home comforts to hopefully make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Travel cot available on request. A TV is also installed to keep up with all your favourite UK programs. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Non-smokers are preferred.

The terrace, balcony and complex are predominantly south-west facing and therefore benefits from sun all day long. The complex has a large communal swimming pool and adequate bathing areas with sun beds and parasols provided for use by the residents. The landscaped gardens are attended to weekly to ensure they remain clean and tidy. Lighting is provided at night to illuminate the pool, pathways and entrances.

3 golf courses are situated in the area all within a 20 - 40 minute drive of the villa. The main 2 golf courses are at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 18km east of Paphos, and Tsada Golf Club which is 20 minutes drive north of Paphos. Both are 18 hole courses.

Skiing is available in the nearby Troodos mountains during the winter season (Dec - Mar) weather depending of course!

Jet 2 / Ryan air and EasyJet flights from Manchester/Leeds Bradford to Paphos available now as well as many low cost airlines for airports across europe.
Travel from Paphos airport to the house takes approx 25 - 30 min by taxi or hire car. You will travel through Paphos and up the coast road via the Tomb of the Kings, Kissonerga and on to Coral Bay. Driving is easy in Cyprus (on the left as in the UK). Car hire is not essential but is recommended.

Peyia is ideally located for easy access to the resort of Coral Bay where there are a wide variety of modern shops, contemporary and traditional restaurants and local amenities, including facilities for young children.

Amazing property. The pool is great and would come again. You do need to have transport to get around in the heat as the accommodation is on a hill. We hired a car which made it great. Ideal place for a quiet holiday - bars etc are nearby if that is your style. Many Thanks

Beautiful compound, quiet and peaceful. Villa was perfect size and well equipped for a short stay visiting friends. Car is a must as no restaurants within walking distance when temps are highly 30’s.

Lovely property in a great location
A lovely property with everything that we needed, it is in a perfect setting with well maintained grounds and pool. If you want a relaxing break this has everything, comfortable accommodation, peace and quiet and wonderful views. It is near local shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay, with it`s sandy beach. We also found quiet beaches and unspoilt villages a short drive away, there is so much to see in Cyprus and this is the perfect location for you to do this. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful location, quiet complex in a central location that is close enough to explore Paphos
Fantastic holiday accommodation was good, could do with a fresh paint but I know when people holiday in others property how much abuse properties get so not a major issue for us. No tv or wifi until someone from complex helped us but to be fair to owner he attempted to rectify this from Uk-not a big issue as it made is relax more! We loves the local area and this property away from main tourist my parts which we love! One of our four year old twins has autism and the quietness of location and pool suites us perfectly. Hiring a car is a must to see more of the local villages etc. With thanks and we hope to return :-)

Beautiful pool area
There was a lot of problems the first day, the keys was not in the box, some friends of ours who have their own apartment was able to get a key from a neighbor and got in. The apartment was not washed because there was a misunderstanding between the landlord and the cleaning agency. they thought we would arrive two days later than was the case. We therefore had to sleep in our friends' home the first night. quite tiring since we got there at 0030 at night. after this tiring start, it was a pleasant experience to live here. Quite a lot of space and great outdoor areas. Short distance to grocery store and beaches. We would love to come back again. Thor

Well equipped and presented, it was perfect
We have travelled extensively around the Mediterranean but this was our first trip to Cyprus and we could not have made a better choice of accommodation. This was our honeymoon (we have been together 20 years so thought it was about time!) and as always we wanted to be away from the nightclubs and any rowdiness at night. A friend of ours owns No9 Irini Gardens but that was already booked but she organised this for us and we booked online through HomeAway. We had a hire car for the week from the Airport (used Elephant and they were very good) and suggest that it is pretty much a necessity. Cyprus seems to be one of those places where you can have pretty much the type of holiday you want. We wanted a mix of relaxation, exploring and historical/heritage sites. We had all of these and a great 'base' at Irini Gardens. The complex looks exactly like it does in the photos..clean pool (a bit nippy on an October morning however!) and the live-in neighbours were a friendly lot as well. Great food away from the sea front tourist traps...get up into villages where the Tavern hospitality and food quality/quantity and prices are so much better.

Delighted with this property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well- equipped for self catering purposes. The beds are great. The garden area is well maintained and the view lovely. The house is out of the main tourist areas and in an excellent location for visits to see some of the island. We hired a car for most of the stay and is very useful. We did have a bit of difficulty in locating the property in the dark on the first evening, as the signs for the complex are small. Carl was responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would very happily stay in it again.

Had a wonderful stay again relaxed and very good food from lots of different restaurants, house vas very clean and tidy spotless in fact well done to all involved. Only drawback was no tv for the time we stayed but CARL knows about problem, would have been nice to have once returned from eating out and nightcap before bed.

Another lovely stay
This was our second stay at Irini Gardens after such a lovely time last year. The house is clean and tidy and well appointed. No issue with getting keys and Carl was very accommodating with our request for a late check out. The complex is well cared for and the other residents very nice. It’s a bus or a half hour walk to Corql Bay, or 15 mins uphilll into Peyia where there’s a good selection of authentic restaurants. If there was one thing I’d say, its that the bathroom could really do with a refit but I’d still definitely recommend staying here. It’s fantastic value for money and I’d go back.

Lovely stay and lovely location. Host was always helpful and very quick to reply to any requests. Was little noisy at times with surrounding neighboring building work going on from 7am but that's quite common in the peyia area with new properties being built regularly. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

Très jolie décor, dépaysant, reposant.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, mon mari et moi ainsi que nos 2 enfants ados. L'endroit est calme, il faut être véhiculé, à 15 minutes à pied de Corail Beach, la plage la plus proche. Le logement est nickel et le décor extérieur est magnifique (séjourné en juillet 2023).

Perfect relaxing holiday
Well situated and fully equipped town house on very pleasant complex. Large Well maintained pool. Plenty of space inside and out. Always hot water available. Excellent base for Paphos, Polis, Latchi and the West. Many and varied restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Beautiful beach at Coral Bay. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Gutes Preisleitungsverhältnis, Zentral und netter Vermieter
Das Haus ist einfach aber für den Preis total in Ordnung. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig und den gemeinsamen Pool haben wir oft alleine benutzt. Strand, Paphos, eine sehr gute Bäckerei, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Auto notwendig. Keinen Geschirrspüler aber das war nicht so schlimm. Der Vermieter war nicht vor Ort aber er ist sehr bemüht und ich konnte ihn immer bei Fragen oder Problemen schriftlich erreichen. Er hat sofort geantwortet. Wir haben eine schöne ruhige Zeit auf Zypern verbracht.
