This huge villa with large private pool and garden is conveniently located only 100 meters to the famous sandy beach of Coral Beach and 5 minutes’ walk from the main Coral Bay street with shops, bars, restaurants etc.

The unique Villa is ideal for a large party or 3 families holidaying together. Each family has its own separate space with full facilities. Each space has: 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and sitting area.

Space/apartment 1: located on the ground floor overlooking the pool and the garden and has 2 double bedrooms.

Space/apartment2: has the sitting area and kitchen on the ground floor with access to the pool and garden and the 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) on the upper floor. It has access to a veranda with wonderful views.

Space/apartment 3: located on the upper floor. It has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and offers an excellent veranda overlooking the pool the garden and the sea.

All bedrooms and rooms in the house provide air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The villa also provides large BBQ area overlooking the pool and the garden and covered parking place for 3 cars.

The Villa can accommodate 12 (+3) in 6 bedrooms. Three extra beds can provide (with supplement). The accommodation has everything you need for perfect family holidays with children and or large parties of adults in peace and quiet. It is suitable for disable people. The house provides: children playground, sandpit, slide with swings. Billiards, football, poker or other Board games.

Extra charge : electricity usage EURO 0.40 per KWh (around Euro 150 -250 per week)
