"Great spot - new, warm. No kitchen in this unit vs the other ones in the building which have. You can make a cuppa and reheat in microwave though. Good medium firm bed which I appreciated. Also note to the provider that through hotels.com there was no emailed key code provided - and I was lucky that there was a staff memeber on site that could let me in. I think I have used through Airbnb previously where comms were sent on pre checkin. Thanks "

"Only got to stay 1 night but we were really happy with Mantra Lake Tekapo. We had a large 2 storey house with 3 spacious rooms and good bedding options. I was impressed that it was the first place, we've stay on our entire trip, that had 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! Much needed for a family of 5 or more. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance but the Tekapo Pools were not far up the road and had great views. The lake itself and main shops is close by, easy walking. So pretty! Dining is limited but a few options and there is a good grocery store there too. "
