A comfortable town pad with a lovely river view.
Newly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment a few minutes from Peebles town centre and amenities and from lovely river walks.
Peebles is a bustling border town nestled in hills and with the river Tweed running through its centre.
Facilities in flat include 2 TVs, Netflix, large fridge freezer, large shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror, tea, coffee and a well equipped kitchen.
Relax and enjoy the local area, sample local homebaking in the many cafes nearby and good cooking in restaurants and hotels. Visit the art galleries, exhibitions, Eastgate theatre productions, great shops and local attractions in the area.
With a regular bus service into Edinburgh you can visit the Scotland's capital city in an hour and explore its beautiful sights.
There is a back garden for relaxing with a coffee or a drink . Swimming pool 2 mins walk away and there are many peaceful walks along the river banks and through the parks and up into the magnificent hills around the town . Dogs are allowed but there is a £10 per pet Stay Fee to be added at the time of booking, and It will be much appreciated hooveringup any dog hair in the apartment before departure.

A gorgeous little home from home with amazing river views
This is a lovely wee flat which is beautifully decorated and clean and tidy, just round the corner from the main street. We took our dog and there are gorgeous walks on the doorstep and lots of dog friendly pubs to enjoy a drink and meal. Peebles is a lovely town and the flat had a wonderful view of the river - I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This apartment is perfectly located, looking over the green to the beautiful River Tweed. The decor is lovely, the bed is comfortable and there is everything you need for your stay. There’s even a secluded garden for fine days. We look forward to our next visit to Peebles and Tweed Green.

Honeymoon Stay
The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable, like home from home with lots of little surprises. It's a gem. We were married in Scotland and staying at the property in a beautiful location overlooking the river Tweed ,Peebles which made it extra special. It met all our expectations and more. The property has a very calm and relaxing vibe The host Julie was excellent and very helpful ,allowing our cats to stay . The accommodation had lots of extras too. We really loved the property and enjoyed our honeymoon. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Relaxing on the beach
Good floor plan, roomy and comfortable, on the beach. Great balcony for relaxing and viewing the gulf, saw sunrises, sunsets and dolphins. Less touristy area, not as many on the beach. You can walk for miles. Could have stayed longer!

Gorgeous Apartment, Beautiful Location!
Really lovely apartment overlooking the River Tweed, attention to detail is wonderful with lots of useful and pretty touches. Julie is an excellent host and great communicator. The apartment is ideal for two and we also had our wee dog with us…….. So well stocked with just about anything you would ever need! One of the best places we have ever stayed and we would definitely go again, great value for money too ! Peebles is a lovely wee place and the apartment is situated right in the centre with easy access to the Main Street but such a peaceful location looking over the river. Property was exactly as described and location was perfect. Stunning views of the river from the main room & bedroom windows. Well stocked with everything you could need and more. Host was great with communication throughout. Especially great given some circumstances beyond her control!! Would recommend and visit here again. Convenient for the centre and river walks.

Superbly equipped apartment
The property was accessed by a key left in a key safe by the front door. The whole apartment was better than described on the Vrbo website, and in excellent and clean condition. The apartment is situated very close to the main street of Peebles A lot of care and thought had been put into the furnishings, for example clothes hooks in the bathroom, ornaments and plants around the whole premises which made it very welcoming and homely. If you were stuck over the operation of any appliance, a file had been provided containing instructions along with stickers to help you at the locations where you may need guidance. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are after accommodation for a couple in Peebles, all with a wonderful view overlooking the River Tweed. This holiday home is a great credit to Julie and her business!!
