"The hotel is on a square in a lovely part of town, with free parking available on the square and a street back too. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a small pool and space to lounge in the sun. The rooms were very clean and the electric blinds kept out the sun brilliantly. The staff didn't speak much english but we muddled through."

The service and amenities are both high quality, with a pool, complimentary continental breakfast full of tasty home-made treats, and dinner available paired with award winning wines from their vineyard. "Location and setting is amazing, it truly feels integrated with the park it’s set within, and with that comes this great sense of peacefulness which we loved . Staff are super friendly, breakfast/ restaurant is very acceptable and decent dishes, tea and scones are a must try. But not all is well here, with signs of decay or lack of maintain in and around the houses, including frayed bath robes, chipped countertops and wood panelings.
