"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Rustico, nördlich von Pisa und Lucca. Anfahrt ca. 11km den Berg hoch etwas abenteuerlich. Und auf Mücken sollte man vorbereitet sein. Ansonsten perfekt für die persönliche Auszeit mit kleinem Budget, aber auch für die Teenie-Gruppenfahrt. Man stört keinen und hat selbst seine Ruhe. Mega Aussicht auf die Bucht von Livorno/Viareggio. "Fabrizio's house is magnificent. Typical and surrounded by olive trees, it is also beautifully decorated down to the last detail and perfectly equipped. Our host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs whenever we asked, and at the same time very discreet. We arrived relatively late, but he had done some shopping for us so we could have dinner and had even set the table! Fabrizio also gave us invaluable advice on places to visit in Tuscany apart from the main sites that we naturally think...

"A beautiful location. The house had everything you could possibly want. The outdoor space was picture perfect and the pool very welcome on such hot days. The property is remote and not for the faint hearted to drive but so worth it. "

"This was exactly what we were looking for after a busy week in florence and Rome. Quaint spot with a private pool. We cooked supper the first night on our private patio on a little charcoal grill and then the second night cooked inside our own little kitchen. Absolutely loved it. And the adventure of trekking up the hill on narrow roads made it a perfect little adventure"
