"At first glance I was slightly concerned with it being small and the cars being parked right outside the hotel room door however, my check in was easy and the man (owner I think) was very pleasant and apologized for having me wait perhaps a little longer than normal but I wasn’t complaining because he was outside shoveling the freshly fallen snow from the walkways and mind you, this was at 11 pm. "I have to say this was the most disgusting property I have stayed at in some time. Since there were no other rooms available to stay for over an hour away from Peach Fest, we were compelled to stay in this filthy, squalid, unkempt, falling apart property. Cigarette burns in the bedclothes. Molding separating from walls, broken safe, broken falling to pieces furniture, and no maid service after four nights made this property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. A true zero-star hotel."

"Stayed for a girls skiing trip. Place was perfect size with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on all 3 levels. Game room in basement was a perfect gathering area along with the space in the living room/kitchen area on the 2nd level. Hot tub was good. Neighborhood and entrance area very secure. There is an entry level ski lift in the Hideout which is a nice bonus. Quiet location. Host was very accommodating and always available when needed.
