From the pool and garden, you can enjoy spectacular, rich scenery of vineyards and hills that chase each other up to the beautiful city of Volterra.

You can play golf at Castelfalfi (14 km) and a visit to nearby places such as Lajatico (18 km), Volterra (25 km) and San Gimignano (35 km) is also possible.

The pool with saltwater and the terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside with vineyards are just a small selection of a large number of highlights that this house offers. The built-in kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes, but you can also light the barbecue for a pleasant summer evening.
