'Seabreeze' a unique Waterfront/Beachside property

'Stunning' is the word to describe this outstanding ocean-front property.

'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs.

Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales.

All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc.

Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view.

With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer.

The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive.

Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years.

Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail.

Linen is provided.

Free Wi Fi, Netflix and Nespresso Machine.

Small, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc. And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats.

2025 & 2026 RATES: Summer: $520-$580 Jan 19 - May 3. Winter: $480-$520 May 4 - Sep 25. Summer: $520-$580 Sep 26 - 2 May, 2026.
Minimum: 2 nights, except Easter (4 nights); Long Weekends (3 nights) and Christmas Peak (7 nights, Friday - Friday from 12 Dec - 16 Jan 2026)

PEAK RATES

The Peak Rate of $580 per night applies to Long Weekends, Public Holidays and for the Christmas period, 12 Dec 2025 - 18 Jan 2026. Also, Friday and Saturday nights.

NOTE. Minimum 4 nights for Easter; 3 nights for Long Weekends; 7 nights for the Christmas period with Fridays the check-in and check-out days over this time (12 Dec 25 - 16 Jan 26).

2025 WINTER RATES (1 May - 24 Sep)

All rates and conditions for 2025 and 2026 will be the same until revised later in 2026.

Great beach holiday property, especially for dog people. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Pearl beach is a short walk and dog friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Milestone celebration at Seabreeze
Seabreeze is a true gem. Incomparable views, and a very comfortable stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It is well equipped, very clean with excellent hosts. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean, warm fireplace and hot showers, seeing dolphins bobbing in the water, access to books with photos and tips of local walks. All in all a wonderfull getaway.

What a view!
The property was exactly as photographed. A stunning view and the perfect size for our family getaway. The apartment was well appointed. With easy access a short walk away down to Pearl beach and a good breakfast to be had at Pearlys I am sure we will return.

The pictures don't lie - a stunning property in an even more stunning location. Very private and just a couple of minutes walk from Pearl Beach. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you'd need. A perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful relaxing accommodation
It was a real treat to stay in this house. The views are very lovely the sound of the sea to lull you to sleep at night. Walking distance to the beach and also plenty of beautiful walking trails in and around the bay. Hosts were always available fi we needed anything but the house had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kitchen well equipped and although no oven there was an air fryer and cooktop so we didn't miss not having one. We would dearly love to stay again and highly recommend this to other travellers.

Breathtaking views
Incredible ocean views and secluded location where you feel like the only people on the island. Extremely clean and very comfortable house with plenty of wonderful walks along the foreshore or bush land. Added bonus of seeing dolphins and a seal lazing in the water for several hours. Will definitely come back for more relaxation and to see magnificent view again.

Everything was as described.. it was a wonderful weekend away for my family with a dog. It was a unique place. We had the perfect weekend getaway here. Besides the breathtaking views the apartment itself was in immaculate condition allowing you to feel relaxed and comfortable. We enjoyed spectacular sunrise from the private balcony and also loved how close it was to everything. Walking track to Patonga, Pearl Beach, cafes and a beautiful Italian restaurant are right on your doorstep. You can tell the host Graham and Maz put a lot of effort in to maintaining the place and seem like very lovely people. Even bigger bonus that it’s only a short 1 hour and 20 min drive from Sydney - makes for the perfect weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

We had a three-night getaway and couldn't have asked for more. Incredible walks all around the area, beautiful views at sunrise and all day. Dolphins swimming by too! The house is cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The fire was so nice as a winter beach getaway. Fantastic hosts who showed us the house and made sure we felt welcome. We will be back!

Unbeatable location
The location sitting above the rock platform with the waves crashing below is unbeatable. Fantastic view of Lion Island, boats and passing birdlife. Graham had some great tips and we enjoyed the walk to Patonga as well as sighting a swamp wallaby. For sitting and taking time out, the apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Can't fault it for a relaxing getaway.

We had the perfect winter escape at Graham and Maz's. Days full of sunshine, so we could sit out on the deck, and cold nights, able to curl up in front of the gas fire. And be lulled to sleep with the waves crashing down below. Its the perfect place to relax and look at the amazing views. The house has everything you need.

Fantastic getaway close to Sydney
This was my fourth time staying at Seabreeze. Love the proximity to Sydney and the warm welcome always received from host Graham. Property is immaculate and photos don’t do the view justice. We were a group of girl friends looking to relax and this was the perfect spot. We enjoyed hiking the fire trail to Patonga and a leisurely afternoon of live music, drinks and food at The Boathouse. Love this little place of paradise and already planning next visit.
