Exceptional house in a great location
We have stayed at the central coast a fair bit over the past years, but this house and Pearl Beach are exceptional. The house is a modern, light-filled, well-appointed family home. The location was perfect, nestled in the forest a short stroll to the beach, and a park, playground, and tennis courts close by. The garden is fully fenced rear garden was tranquil and very private. A great place to play with the kids and we loved the outdoor shower. We only came with our kids this weekend but looking forward to bringing the grandparents along next time. The two different living areas allow for some peace and quiet, which was great too. Looking forward to booking again.

Great house particularly if you are fussy
The house is just like it looks on the website. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, lots of staples in the pantry and some in the fridge, lots of games for the kids, tennis racquets, lovely handwash and handcream supplied plus other niceities. Amanda is a great communicator and answers any questions promptly. You won't be disappointed.

Your house was just perfect for the 4 of us. Your thoughtfulness in providing extras e.g. soap, shampoo, hand cream and toothbrushes (2 of us had forgotten ours) was really appreciated. Spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend your beautiful house

Amanda’s place was fantastic and was even better than the pictures and description in the listing made it out to be! Very well equipped in all facets and beautifully presented. Amanda was easy to deal with and very responsive. Would love to go back! Highly recommended.

Wonderful Getaway
We had a wonderful girls weekend away. The house was lovely and so well equipped. It's such a beautiful part of the world and do close to Sydney. Would 100% come back. Also a great location/house to stay with family. Amanda was a great host. Easy to communicate with and very helpful with information about local restaurants / cafes.

Beautiful holiday home in a lovely relaxing part of the central coast
Great accomodation. Very clean, well looked after and nicely decorated friendly home. Lovely back deck to relax and eat outdoors. Only disappointment about the property was having to bring all your own linen for the beds as well as your own bath towels and tea towels etc. Apart from that - was fantastic.

An incredibly clean and well equipped home away from home. Spacious and walking distance to the beach, although those with younger children (or with lots to carry) might want to drive there - the good news is there’s generally parking close to the beach, so it’s not an issue. We walked some days and drove others. The enclosed garden was great and the annexe studio made the property flexible for larger groups or two families together, with privacy for both. Would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Peaceful atmosphere & comfortable home
This property is set with a lovely neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach/rockpool & nice walking track. We went up with my parents as a birthday gateway for dad. They enjoyed being with us with the luxury of escaping to their own cabin. The layout of the main home is open which gave our 2 year old plenty of room to run around with us having visibility to her. The garden is beautiful with a outdoor deck set up with a BBQ. We look forward to planning our next escape here.

We had a fantastic holiday at The Beach Retreat. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want including a coffee machine, wifi and heating. It was a perfect set up for our family with two children and the grandparents as well.

Family getaway
We had a lovely 3 night break although would have happily stayed longer. Communication with Amanda was excellent. The property was in an excellent location and extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to include easy instructions on coffee machine and dryer. But really it was no big deal we loved the place.
