"We stayed at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch for 4 nights. We didnt have a vehicle, so they dropped us off and collected us from the Grand Canyon for a day visit. The cabins were lovely and the staff were terrific. Our 9 year old daughter rated our stay higher than our trips to Disneyland and Universal Studio. We really enjoyed the after dinner smores around the campfire with the singalongs and campfire stories. May not be for you if you dont like horses and no connectivity, but a beautiful and peaceful place to get away from it all and to go horseriding. The hospitality was amazing, with everyone we met being so friendly. Everyone made sure we had all we needed and we were treated like family. We miss the staff already."

Despite the late hour, they had made special arrangements to ensure our check-in went smoothly. The owners clearly understand the challenges of travel, as they had kept our room ready and even left the exterior lights on to help us locate the property easily. The check-in process was efficient and considerate of the late hour, allowing us to quickly get to our room and rest. What stands out most about this motel isn't just the comfortable accommodation, but the genuine care shown by the owners in accommodating late-night travelers. This kind of personal attention is increasingly rare in the hospitality industry, and it made a significant difference to our stay. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable night's rest. After a long journey, it was exactly what we were hoping to find. "Loved this hotel after 3 nights camping. Warm, great food and very friendly check-in and restaurant staff. The housekeeping staff was extremely rude tho, told me I couldn’t ride the elevator with her even tho I’m a very small person and 3 more people could have fit. When I laughed and got on the elevator anyway she was extremely displeased. I hope they’ll ask staff to share the elevator with guests happily in the future. "
