"On a small hillside. Very quaint accommodation. Close to restaurants and river. Parking a little difficult to figure out, train is a bit loud and frequent but everything else was as advertised and nice. "

"My Daughter and I needed a fall getaway for some quiet time and this was perfect for a few days. It was very much like a small cottage. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor and more geared for children but the first floor bedroom is very comfortable and both beds gave a great nights sleep. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. We had a lovely time."

"Beautifully decorated former schoolhouse has lots of space, well stocked kitchen and perfect little touches like a bag of fresh coffee beans and shampoo, soap and body wash being provided along with linens and towels! The host was wonderful with communication and keyless check in was a breeze! The property was located a short distance from many of our points of interest. Plenty of space with nice large kitchen and living room open space! Clean and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved our stay at spruce edge guest house!! My husband and I truly felt like guests here and we didn’t want to leave due to the hospitality and generosity that overflowed from this place! Lisa and Brian were great hosts and I could tell that if we needed something, they would have done what they could to make it happen, but we didn’t need anything because it was already thought out! The location is great for exploring Lancaster or longwood gardens and I’m sure other areas if you wanted,...
