"Every staff that I met or approached were very friendly and helpful. The junior suite is very comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. The M club is cosy with good selection of food and drinks. "Property is located really close to tram 4/6 as well as Metro 1. Easy to get around the entire city with those being so close, but is also walkable to everything within 30ish minutes. Property is really pretty especially the roof rooms that have basically glass wall/ceilings to look out over the city and also has a large blackout curtain to go over it. Breakfast had a good assortment of bread and cold meats, hot counter breakfast and plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. The only thing to say is it was a bit noisy for my liking, maybe need an extra glazing to silence the early morning city noise. "
