The large garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tavern with fireplace, sauna, gym, massage table and many other amenities will delight visitors to this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with a biliar and other games for the whole family. The gallery connects 2-bedrooms and living room. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a double bed, and one triple bedroom, also with a private bathroom. On the left side of the villa there is a separate studio apartment (separate entrance, near the pool), with 2 single beds, two sofa beds and an attached bathroom. Enjoy a beautiful garden with deck chairs, table tennis, a large private pool (with children's section) and an outdoor jacuzzi. Villa Lipica is ideal choise for the perfect family vacation.Youth groups are not allowed.
