We hosted an intimate wedding weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. Pictures and descriptions don't do it justice. We had to extend our stay, and the host was accommodating and made the process easy.
Previous reviews mention a lack of supplies- they've clearly worked to rectify this. There were more than enough towels, pillows, and blankets to go around. We found spare air mattresses located in the closets and every kitchen was stocked with coffee and basic cooking spices, as well as plenty of dishes. I would recommend bringing stock paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags- as those items are limited for such a large space.
The guest house offered the perfect honeymoon suite. This is a new addition, and not adaquetely described in the advertising. I don't think they had pictures listed at the time I booked. We were pleasantly surprised.
My only negative critiques- which is not fault of the owners- just an additional warning- the house itself is not easily accessible. You do have to cross a river, which at the time was very close to being full. The driveway up to the home is very steep, and smaller cars struggled. With gravel, dirt and rock pathways, as well as the home itself being 3 levels, it is not handicap friendly. Wifi service was spotty- but to be expected in this location. Multiple routers in the home to help.
Overall we truly would rate this place a 5/5. Come prepared with supplies, and in a 4-wheel drive vehicle and you'll fall in love.
